AQUORIA O.N.E gives you that counter as part of an all-in-one business app. The counter screen sells tyres and accessories, every size is counted, and fitting, alignment and installs are booked at times the bay is free.
Tyres counted size by size
A tyre is one item with its sizes as options, each with its own code and count: 205/55 R16, 215/45 R17, 195/65 R15. Sell four 205/55 R16 at S$150 each, fitted, and the count for that size drops by four; when a size runs out, it can't be sold. Scan or type the size code at the counter. Batteries and wiper blades come in sizes too and are counted the same way; each item's total is the sum of its sizes.
- Stock per size, with its own code
- Sold-out sizes can't be sold by mistake
- Items flagged as running low at the level you set
- GST worked out on every sale, if you're registered
Fitting, alignment and installs booked by the hour
Wheel alignment at S$50 takes 45 minutes; a car battery replacement at S$180 takes 30 minutes; a dashcam installation at S$200 takes an hour. Customers book them on your link at times that fit, with a gap after each car for clearing the bay, and get a reminder the day before by the SMS or email account you connect. A customer buying four tyres and an alignment pays once on the same order, by PayNow QR, cash, bank transfer or card online.
Fleet customers, suppliers and staff
Car rental firms, delivery companies and private hire fleets can be business customers with their own prices, paying later from a monthly statement. On Business, count stock per shop, do stock counts, see what your stock is worth and send purchase orders to your tyre supplier; goods received go straight into stock. Fitters get their own logins and are paid through payroll with CPF worked out. Each fitter's home screen shows the bookings they're on, so the bay knows which car is next.

Questions
How much is a POS system in Singapore?
Many come with hardware to buy or rent. AQUORIA O.N.E needs none: the counter screen runs on any phone, tablet or computer. It's S$29 a month on Essential, or S$149 on Business with stock per shop, suppliers, staff logins and payroll, after a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
Can I track tyre stock by size?
Yes. Give a tyre its sizes as a stocked option, each with its own code and count. A sale takes the count off the size sold, a cancelled sale puts it back, and a size that's run out can't be sold. The item's total stock is always the sum of its sizes.
Can customers book a wheel alignment online?
Yes. Alignment, battery changes and installs are services with a length, so customers pick a free time on your link and you get a gap after each car to clear the bay. They get a reminder the day before by the SMS or email account you connect, and the booking can carry the tyres they're buying on the same order.
Can I sell tyres to fleet customers on account?
Yes. Set up rental firms, delivery companies and private hire fleets as business customers with their own prices. Their orders are invoiced and paid later from a monthly statement, with payments applied to the oldest unpaid orders first, so you always know what each fleet owes.
Does the POS work for car accessories too?
Yes. Dashcams, phone holders, wiper blades, air fresheners and car care products are counter items with their own price, photo and stock. Options handle sizes and colours, each counted on its own. Walk-in sales need no name or number, and fitting a dashcam can be a booked service on the same order.
