It works for a home baker doing her own Saturday drop-offs, a florist with one van, a caterer sending buffets across the island and a wholesaler running two lorries to restaurants every morning. On Essential you do the deliveries yourself from the driver app. On Business you add driver accounts and give each stop to the right person.
Delivery orders with time windows customers pick
Mark any order for delivery at the counter screen: type the address and an optional delivery fee and it's done. Online orders work the same way. In your shop link's cart, customers choose to collect or have it delivered, pick the day, and pick one of the time windows you've set, such as 10:00-12:00 or 14:00-17:00.
You decide how many orders each window can take in a day, so Saturday morning doesn't fill up with 30 cake drops when you can only manage eight. Leave the windows empty if you'd rather give customers a day only.
- A delivery fee on each order, or one fee for online orders with free delivery above a spend you choose (say S$80)
- A minimum order for online orders
- VIP tiers and promo codes that can give free delivery
- The delivery time on every order, which you can set or change from the order itself
Routes: the day's stops, sorted and assigned
Routes shows every delivery for a day as one list, with pickups too if you collect from customers. Switch between yesterday, today and the next two days. Each stop shows its window, the customer, the address and any balance still to collect, so nobody leaves the shop without knowing a S$45 balance is due at the door.
Tap Sort by time and area and the stops line up by delivery window, then by postcode. In Singapore that keeps neighbouring addresses together, so the 56xxxx stops in Ang Mo Kio come before the 73xxxx ones in Woodlands. It's a simple, predictable order rather than a route optimiser, and the driver's map app does the turn-by-turn directions.
On Business, each driver gets their own run. Choose a driver for each stop from a drop-down, then sort each driver's list separately. Orders that are ready but have no delivery time yet wait in their own box at the bottom, ready to be booked into a window or given a day.
The driver app: stops, navigate, call, done
Drivers open My route on their phone and see today's stops in order, with tomorrow one tap away. Every stop has big buttons made for one hand and a full van:
- Navigate, which opens Google Maps or Waze with the address filled in
- Call the customer, or open a WhatsApp chat with them from the driver's phone
- On my way, which tells the customer you're coming through your shop's messaging channel
- Photo, taken with the phone's camera
- Customer signature, signed on the screen with a finger
- Payment collected, with the amount and how they paid: cash, PayNow, transfer and so on
Proof on every drop, and a plan B when it fails
A delivery can't be marked delivered without a photo or a signature, and if there's a balance the driver records the payment at the door first. Then the order closes, the customer is told it was delivered and, if you ask for reviews, they get your review request. When a customer says the box never came, the proof is on the order in seconds. You choose how long delivery photos are kept, and proofs always save even when your file space is nearly full.
Customer not home? Gate locked? The driver taps Couldn't complete and picks a reason: customer not home, can't get in, customer refused, or other. The customer hears the delivery was missed, and the order goes back to the ready-to-deliver list without a time, so you can rebook it instead of losing it in a chat. Reports count deliveries done and failed stops for any period, so you can see whether late-evening drops keep failing.
Delivery orders and standing orders for trade customers (Business)
Restaurants, offices and hotels often want paperwork. On Business, any delivery can have a proper delivery order: a numbered DO with the delivery address, the customer's PO number, the items, and a box for received in good order and condition. When your driver takes a signature in the driver app, the DO shows it as signed on delivery with the date. Save it as a PDF, email its link, or open WhatsApp on your own phone with the link already written in the message.
Standing orders also come with Business: orders that repeat on set days, made the day before at the customer's own prices, with their delivery address and time. Every morning's run is already on Routes before anyone picks up the phone.
- A packing list for any day: everything to pick across that day's orders, ready to print
- On Business, mark many packed orders ready at once
Couriers and parcels when your own van is full
Not every delivery needs your own driver. Connect your own Lalamove or GrabExpress account and book a courier straight from a delivery order: get the courier's price for the trip, book it, and follow its status on the order. The customer is sent the courier's tracking link. The courier bills your account directly, AQUORIA O.N.E adds nothing on top, and you can pass the cost on as your delivery fee.
For parcels, connect an EasyParcel account to compare courier prices, buy the label and print the waybill on A4. Orders a courier is carrying drop off your own drivers' routes automatically, so nobody turns up for a parcel that's already gone.
How it works
- 1Turn on delivery in Settings: your delivery fee, the spend for free delivery and the time windows customers can pick.
- 2Take delivery orders at the counter screen, or let customers order for delivery from your shop link.
- 3Open Routes each morning, sort the day by time and area and, on Business, give each stop to a driver.
- 4Drivers work through My route: navigate, tap On my way, take a photo or signature, and collect any balance.
- 5Rebook missed deliveries from Routes, and check delivered and failed stops in your reports.

Questions
What is a delivery management system?
It's software that follows every delivery from order to doorstep: the address, the time window, which driver has it and proof that it arrived. In AQUORIA O.N.E it isn't a separate tool. A delivery is an ordinary order with an address, so Routes, the driver app, payment at the door and your reports all work from the same records.
What's the difference between a delivery order and an invoice?
A delivery order (DO) lists what was delivered, for the customer to check and sign when it arrives. An invoice asks to be paid. On Business, AQUORIA O.N.E makes both from the same order: a numbered DO with the customer's PO and a signature, and an A4 invoice showing your GST number if you're registered.
Is there a delivery driver app for Singapore businesses?
Yes. My route runs in the phone's browser. Drivers see their stops in order, open Google Maps or Waze, call the customer, tap On my way, and finish each stop with a photo or a signature and any payment collected. On Essential you use it yourself; driver accounts come with Business, within its 10 logins.
Does it plan the fastest route?
No. Sort by time and area puts stops in order of their delivery window, then by postcode, so neighbouring addresses sit together. Directions come from Google Maps or Waze on the driver's phone. That keeps the order simple to follow and easy to change when a customer calls to say they'll be out.
Can customers track their delivery?
Customers can follow their order in your customer app, and they're told when the driver is on the way and when it's been delivered or missed, through your shop's own messaging channel. When a courier carries the order, the customer is sent the courier's own live tracking link instead.
How much does the delivery app cost?
Delivery orders, Routes and the driver app are on both plans. Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month on Essential, where you do the deliveries yourself, or S$149 a month on Business for driver accounts, delivery orders and standing orders. Couriers bill your own account for each trip.
