Take an alteration at the counter in a few taps, book fittings from your link, and agree the price of custom work when you've seen the fabric. When it's done, mark it ready and the customer is told. Embroiderers and knitters sell their own pieces online and in live sales too. It runs on the phone, tablet or computer you already use.
Alterations taken at the counter in seconds
Keep your price list in the app: trouser hemming S$12, zip replacement S$15, take in or let out S$18. Each job has the number of days it takes, so the due date fills itself in when you take the order. Search the customer by phone, tap the jobs, and the order is saved with a number the customer can quote.
When someone needs it tomorrow, tick express and your express surcharge is added, such as 50% on top. Take payment in full or a part payment now and the rest on collection, by cash, PayNow QR or card through your own payment account. Send the receipt by message instead of writing a paper slip.
- A price list with days to complete for each job
- Due dates set for you, and an express surcharge you choose
- Part payment upfront and the balance on collection
- Orders marked received, in process, ready and collected
Measurements and fittings that stay with the customer
Every customer record has a measurements box, such as chest 96 cm, waist 80 cm, sleeve 62 cm, and private notes only your team sees, like the fit they prefer. Next time they order a shirt, it's all there without asking again.
Customers book a measurement appointment or a fitting session from your link, in times you're free, and get a reminder before they come. Custom pieces can carry choices with their own price, such as a custom shirt in cotton at S$85 or linen for S$25 more.
Custom and bridal orders at the price you agree
Some work can't be priced until you've seen the fabric. Set those items to an agreed price, such as a made-to-measure bridal gown or a kebaya set, and type the price you agree with the customer on the order. Give them a longer timeline, like 30 or 60 days, and record a part payment when they commit.
When the piece is ready, mark it ready and the customer gets a message to collect. Hand-over waits until the balance is paid, so nothing leaves the shop unpaid by mistake. Need a full-page invoice for a corporate or wedding client? Every order can be issued as an A4 invoice with its own number, your details and how to pay.
Embroidery, uniforms and company orders
Name embroidery can be priced per item, while a custom logo is priced once you've seen the artwork. Schools, clubs and companies that order uniforms and embroidered polos again and again can be business accounts, with payment terms, a credit limit and a PO number on each order. Their orders are handed over now and paid later, and a monthly statement shows what's owed.
On Business, delivery orders go out with the goods as an A4 page or a private link, and the customer's own PO can be kept on the order.
Sell what you make, online and live
Crochet plushies, knitted scarves and embroidered handkerchiefs sell from the same link as your services, with photos and stock that counts down as orders come in. Made-to-order pieces can have their own days' notice, such as 14 days for a custom crochet order.
Run a live sale on Facebook or Instagram: each piece gets a short code to show on screen, buyers claim items as you show them, and every buyer gets one order and a payment request when the live ends. Parcels are booked from the order with your own parcel account, which compares courier prices and makes the waybill.

Questions
Is there an app to track tailoring and alteration orders?
Yes. In AQUORIA O.N.E every alteration or custom piece is an order with its due date, price and payments. The orders list shows what's due today, what's ready and who still has to pay, and you can search by order number, name or phone. When you mark an order ready, the customer gets a message to collect.
Can I save each customer's measurements?
Yes. Each customer record has a measurements box where you write chest, waist, sleeve, inseam or whatever you take, plus private notes only your team can see. They stay with the customer for every future order, so a repeat shirt or kebaya doesn't mean measuring from scratch unless the customer asks for it.
How do customers book a fitting?
Add a fitting session or measurement appointment as a service with its length, and turn on appointments. Customers then pick a free time from your link and get a reminder before they come. You can also book them yourself on the Appointments page while they're at the counter, and move the time if a fitting runs late.
Can I charge more for urgent alterations?
Yes. Set an express surcharge as a percentage in Settings. When a customer wants a job faster, tick express on the order and the surcharge is added, so a S$20 job at 50% becomes S$30. It isn't added to custom work priced as agreed, where you set the price yourself.
How do I take a deposit on custom or bridal work?
There's no separate deposit step for orders. When the customer commits, record a part payment on the order by cash, PayNow QR or card, and the rest stays as the balance owed; the order can't be handed over until it's paid. For fittings booked online, you can set a deposit on the fitting service itself, paid when they book.
Which plan does a tailor need?
A tailor or alteration shop run by one person fits Essential at S$29 a month: your own account, one location and unlimited orders. Choose Business at S$149 a month for staff accounts, more than one shop, stock of fabrics and trims, delivery orders and payroll with CPF. Both start with a 14-day free trial and no card.
