Every new business picks a plan at sign-up and gets 14 days of it free. No card is needed to start. During the trial you can switch to the other plan at no cost, until the same end date. Your trial comes with sample items for your kind of business, so you can take a test order or booking on day one.
To carry on, subscribe on the Billing page before the trial ends; you're only charged when the trial is over. If you don't, your shop pauses: you can still sign in, see your records, take payment for orders you already have and hand them over, and download your data, but new orders and bookings wait until you pick a plan.

Limits and room to grow
Business includes up to 3 locations, 10 logins and 50 GB for photos and files; people only on payroll don't count as logins. Vending operators get up to 300 machines, and bigger fleets add blocks of 100 machines. A business that needs more locations or logins asks us from the Help page and we set it up at its own price. Nothing you already have is ever switched off.
What you won't pay us for
There are no add-ons or top-ups, and no cut of your sales: customers pay you straight into your own account. If you send SMS messages through your own SMS account, you pay that provider directly, and payment providers charge their usual fee on payments you take. Courier trips and parcel labels are paid from your own courier or parcel account. The price is fixed in Singapore dollars, and any tax due is added at checkout.

Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, then the shop pauses. Your records stay, and you can download everything at any time. If you close your shop instead, everything is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind, then deleted for good.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you subscribed during the trial, your plan simply carries on and the first charge is made when the trial ends. If you didn't, your shop pauses: you can still sign in, see your records, take payment for existing orders and hand them over, and download your data. New orders and bookings start again as soon as you pick a plan.
How do I pay for my plan?
Plans are paid on the web from the Billing page, by card through Stripe. The price is fixed in Singapore dollars, so it doesn't move with exchange rates. If a card payment fails, you have 7 days to update the card before the shop pauses. Invoices for your plan are on the same page.
Do I need to download an app?
No. AQUORIA O.N.E runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. Your customers use your shop link in their browser too. Your plan is chosen and paid on the web, on the Billing page.
Can I switch plans, and are there extra fees?
Switch any time on the Billing page. Moving up to Business starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; moving down leaves a credit on your next bill. There are no add-ons, top-ups or cut of your sales. SMS and payment provider fees are paid to those providers directly.
