Essential (S$29 a month) is for home and one-person businesses, such as bakers, nail artists, tailors, tutors and handymen: just your own account in one location, with 300 WhatsApp assistant replies a month. Business (S$149 a month) is for when you have a team: staff and driver accounts, staff pay and leave, stock by location, accounting, leads and campaign tools, and 2,000 assistant replies. It's also the plan for car rental, car dealers, car workshops, catering, renovation, manpower supply, contract cleaning, moving and vending machines. Orders are unlimited on both, and you can move up any time on the Billing page.
When you sign up, choose Essential or Business and you get 14 days of it free. No card is needed. You can switch to the other plan during the trial at no cost, and before it ends you subscribe on the Billing page if you want to carry on. If you don't, your shop pauses: you can still sign in, see your records and download your data until you pick a plan.
No. There are no add-ons or top-ups to buy, and we never take a cut of your sales; your customers pay you straight into your own account. A Business shop that needs more logins, locations or machines can ask us. If you send WhatsApp or SMS messages, you pay those providers directly through your own accounts, and payment providers charge their usual fee on payments you take. The price is in your own currency; any tax due is added at checkout.
Everything else keeps working. Each month the optional WhatsApp assistant can send 300 replies on Essential and 2,000 on Business. When they run out, it hands chats to you to answer yourself, and the allowance starts again on the 1st.
Each plan has a fixed monthly price in your own currency: S$29 for Essential and S$149 for Business where you are. Paying in your own currency means no foreign-currency fee from your bank, and the amount doesn't change with exchange rates.
