Loyalty program software that runs itself, at the counter and online

Paper stamp cards get lost in wallets, and the regular who has spent S$2,000 with you this year is treated exactly like someone walking in for the first time. AQUORIA O.N.E is loyalty program software inside the app you already sell with, so every order earns, every reward is a code that works at the counter and online, and customers can see where they stand.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

Pick the programs that suit your business and leave the rest off. Points or a stamp card, VIP tiers, a birthday treat, milestone rewards, member prices and members-first items are all on Essential, and each one runs by itself once it's switched on.

Points or a stamp card

Choose one way for regulars to earn. With points, set how many points each dollar earns and how many points take a dollar off, for example 1 point per S$1 spent and 100 points for S$1 off. With a stamp card, pick the service that earns stamps and how many stamps make a free one: the tenth coffee, the sixth car wash or the eighth blow-dry.

Loyalty is earned when an order is collected or delivered, not when it's placed, so cancelled orders never earn. At the counter screen, staff tick Use points or Free item from stamp card on the customer's next order. Customers see their points, or how many stamps are left to a free item, on the home page of your customer app.

  • Owner corrections with a note, for the odd missed stamp
  • Points held shown in your reports, so you know what you owe in rewards
  • Moving from another system or paper cards? Import each customer's points, stamps and credit by phone number, once

VIP tiers by spend

Set up to four tiers by what a customer spent with you in the last 12 months. Each tier gets its own discount on every order, and a tier can also get free delivery. Customers move between tiers by themselves as their spending changes, and your customer app shows them their level and how much more takes them to the next one.

A florist might set Gold at S$500 a year with 5% off and Platinum at S$1,500 with 10% off and free delivery. A laundry might keep it to one tier for its office regulars.

Birthday treats and milestone rewards

Birthday treat: in their birthday month, customers get a one-time code in their app, and by message too if they agreed to offers. Milestone rewards say thank you at the moments you choose: the 5th or 10th order, the 5th or 10th visit, or a first review.

Every reward is a personal code for that customer only, as a percentage or an amount off, and it works once. It's accepted at the counter and online like any promo code, and it waits under Your rewards in the customer's app until they use it or it runs out.

Member prices and members first

Give regulars a reason to stay. Set a member price on any item in your catalogue. Members are customers in a VIP tier or, if you don't use tiers, anyone who has ordered from you before.

With Members first, set the day everyone can order a new item, and members can order it online before then. It works well for limited bakes, product drops and festive sets that sell out, and it rewards loyalty without cutting your price.

Store credit customers can spend

Customers can hold credit with you too. Refund an order to the customer's credit instead of cash, bring balances over from your old system, and they pay with it at the counter on their next visit. A customer returning a S$60 dress can take it as credit and spend it next week, with the refund and its reason recorded on the order. Prepaid credit held shows in your reports and, on Business, on the balance sheet, so you always know what you owe customers.

What customers see in your app

Customers who sign in to your shop link see everything in one place: their points and what they're worth, how many stamps are left to a free item, their VIP level and how much more takes them to the next one, and any reward codes waiting under Your rewards with the date they run until. Items with a member price show it, and members-first items say when everyone else can order them.

Loyalty ideas by trade

  • A café: a stamp card on coffee, with the tenth cup free
  • A hair salon: VIP tiers by yearly spend, plus a birthday treat
  • A laundry: points on every wash, and free pickup and delivery for the top tier
  • A beauty products seller: members-first access to new launches, and a thank-you code for a first review
  • A car wash: a milestone reward on the 5th visit

Built on your customer list, not a plastic card

Loyalty sits on the same customer records as orders, bookings and messages, found by phone number. There's no card to print or scan: the customer gives their number at the counter, or signs in to your shop link with it. Pair loyalty with promo codes and campaigns in Marketing to bring back customers who have gone quiet.

How it works

  1. 1In Points & promo codes, choose points per dollar or a stamp card and set the reward.
  2. 2In Loyalty & VIP, switch on tiers, the birthday treat, milestones, member prices or members first.
  3. 3Serve customers as usual: they earn when an order is collected or delivered.
  4. 4At the counter, use points or a free stamp-card item on their next order; reward codes work online too.
  5. 5Check points and credit held in reports, and correct a balance with a note if needed.

Questions

How do loyalty points work?

Customers earn points on what they spend, at the rate you set, such as 1 point per S$1. The points are added when an order is collected or delivered. Once they have enough (say 100 points for S$1 off), staff apply them to the next order at the counter. Customers see their balance in your customer app.

Is there a stamp card app, so I can stop printing cards?

Yes. Set the loyalty mode to stamp card, pick the service that earns stamps and how many make a free one. Stamps are added automatically when orders are done, and the customer's app shows how many are left. Old paper cards can be brought over by typing each customer's phone number and their stamps.

Can I have VIP tiers or membership levels?

Yes, up to four tiers by spend over the last 12 months, each with its own discount on every order and optional free delivery. Tiers also decide who counts as a member for member prices and members-first items. Customers see their level and how much more they need to spend to reach the next one.

Do rewards work online as well as at the counter?

Reward codes, VIP discounts and member prices work at the counter screen and in your customer app alike, and members-first items are for ordering online. Points and stamp-card rewards are used at the counter, where staff tick them on the customer's next order. Every reward code works once, and only for the customer it was given to.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. Your customer app is your own shop link, opened in the phone's browser. Customers sign in with their phone number to see their points, stamps, VIP level and reward codes. At the counter, staff find them by phone number, so nobody has to carry a card.

How much does loyalty program software cost?

Loyalty is included on both plans, with nothing extra per member or per reward. Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month on Essential or S$149 a month on Business. You get the whole app, not only loyalty: orders, bookings, invoices, payments and marketing come with it.
