AQUORIA O.N.E and your customer link work in 14 languages, including English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil. What is all-in-one business management software?
It's one app that runs the main parts of a business together: sales, bookings, customers, payments, invoices, stock, staff and accounts. Instead of paying for a booking app, an invoicing app and a shop builder separately, everything shares the same customers and numbers. Can I switch off the modules I don't need?
Yes. In Settings, choose which parts of the app show in your menu. A law firm can hide stock and suppliers, and a bakery can hide leads. Switching a module off only hides it: everything in it stays, and switching it back on shows it again. Orders, customers, invoices and settings always stay.
Which features need the Business plan?
Staff and driver accounts, more than one location, stock per location and recipes, purchase orders, delivery and standing orders, accounting, HR, payroll, leads, marketing tools such as email newsletters, subcontractors and vending. Everything else, including bookings, ordering, payments, invoicing, loyalty and the Ask AQUORIA help desk, is on Essential too.
