AQUORIA O.N.E puts it all in one app on the Business plan. Customers order buffets by pax from your link, you cook from daily totals, drivers deliver by route with proof, and staff, payroll and bills sit in the same place.
What goes wrong between enquiry and delivery
Most catering problems come down to timing and paper. A buffet for 30 is ordered the night before. The menu changes three times by chat and the kitchen cooks the first version. Two drops are promised for 11:30 on opposite sides of the island. Corporate invoices go out late, without the PO number, and come back unpaid.
- Rush orders with no notice
- Menu changes lost between chat and kitchen
- Too many deliveries in the same time slot
- Invoices missing PO numbers, chased for months
Buffets by pax, platters and quoted events
Choosing Catering gives you starter items: a buffet at S$18 per person with 3 days' notice, a party platter for 10 at S$120 with 2 days' notice, and event catering priced on quote with 7 days' notice. Customers order the buffet by quantity, so 25 pax comes to S$450, and choose dishes from option groups where they can pick several.
Set a minimum order, such as S$200, a delivery fee, and free delivery above an amount. Each delivery time can take a set number of orders, so 11:00-12:00 never has more drops than your vans can make. For larger events priced on quote, agree the price, make the order and take a part payment upfront.
Corporate clients, POs and getting paid
Make each company a business account with its own prices, payment terms, a credit limit and a required PO number. Their PO prints on the invoice and the delivery order, and you can attach their PO file to the order. Statements gathers each month's orders for them, and Money owed shows who's late: up to 30 days, 31 to 60, or over 60. Bank matching reads your bank statement CSV and ticks off what's been paid.
Kitchen, drivers and staff on one plan
The packing list adds up each day, such as 3 buffets totalling 85 pax and 9 platters, then each order's time, address and notes. Drivers get their own logins and see their stops for the day, with navigation and a photo or signature at each drop. An On my way message goes out by your own SMS or email account if you've connected one.
Ingredients and recipes take rice, chicken and containers out of stock as buffets sell, and purchase orders go to your suppliers. Staff clock in, apply for leave and get payslips, with CPF worked out for each person. When you pick Catering, the app reminds you it may need a licence, so check with SFA before you start.

Questions
What is a catering booking system?
It's where customers book catering themselves: they choose the menu, the number of pax, the date and the delivery time, and pay, or pay when it's delivered if you allow it. In AQUORIA O.N.E it's your shop link, with notice days, delivery caps and minimum orders built in, and every booking lands in your order list for the kitchen.
Can I make a catering booking form online?
Yes, without a separate form builder. Your catalogue is the form: each buffet, platter and add-on with its price, notice days and option groups for dishes. Customers fill a cart, pick collection or delivery and a time, and add notes for the event. You can also put an order button or your whole menu on your own website.
How do I take orders for a mini buffet for 20 pax?
Price your mini buffet per person and customers type the number of pax, so 20 pax at S$18 is S$360 before delivery. Add a minimum order so small requests still cover your costs, and give the buffet 3 days' notice. Dish choices go in an option group, and the packing list adds up every buffet due that day.
Can corporate clients pay by invoice with a PO number?
Yes. A business account can require a PO number, which then prints on the invoice and delivery order. The client's orders go out on terms, such as 30 days, within the credit limit you set, and their monthly statement lists everything still owed. Record their payment from the statement, or match it from your bank statement.
How much is catering software in Singapore?
Catering runs on the Business plan: free for 14 days with no card needed, then S$149 a month. That includes up to 10 staff and driver logins, up to 3 locations, stock and recipes, payroll with CPF and accounting. Orders are unlimited, and AQUORIA takes no cut of your sales.
