AQUORIA O.N.E does that inside an all-in-one business app. Customers book a visit with their address, every car is kept by its plate with its history, and the job card turns into the invoice they pay by PayNow on the spot.
Visits booked where the car is
Your services happen at the customer's place: a car check-up at S$60 for an hour, a tyre change at S$40, a battery change priced once you know the car and the battery. Set travel time before and after each job, say 30 minutes, and the calendar won't put a Woodlands visit straight after one in Bedok. Customers give the address and carpark level, and can note the problem, like 'clicking noise when starting'.
- Home and office visits only, with the address on every booking
- Book at least so many hours ahead, or keep same-day slots open
- Your own booking question, like the car plate and model
- A reminder to the customer the day before, by the SMS or email account you connect
A job card on every car
Each customer's car is kept under its plate, with its make, model and mileage. Start a job card from the car's page with today's mileage, then add parts and labour as lines: a 60Ah battery at S$185, 30 minutes of labour. Send the total to the customer's link to approve before you start, or tick that they approved on the phone. The visit joins the car's service history, newest first. If the customer declines, the job shows it, so you never fit a part nobody agreed to pay for.
Next service reminders and getting paid
Set the car's next service date or mileage, and the customer gets a reminder a week before the date by the SMS or email account you connect. Take payment by PayNow QR, cash, bank transfer or card online, right at the car, and the receipt or A4 invoice shows the car and the mileage it was at. Count the batteries and tyres in your van as stock, and see what sold in your reports.
- Service history by plate
- Next service by date or mileage
- Counted stock for parts you carry
- Staff logins and stock across locations, on Business
How it works
- 1Add your call-out services and the parts you carry.
- 2Customers book a visit with the address and the car.
- 3Open a job card, get the price approved, fix it and take payment.

Questions
How much does a mobile mechanic cost?
Mobile mechanics set their own prices, usually a call-out or check-up fee plus parts and labour, with more for urgent or late jobs. In AQUORIA O.N.E fixed services have their price, parts and labour are added as lines on the job card, and the customer approves the total from their link before you start.
Is there a mobile mechanic booking app?
Your AQUORIA O.N.E booking page opens on the customer's phone like an app. They pick a service and time, give the address and describe the problem. You see the day's jobs with addresses, and keep each car's details and history by its plate, all on your phone.
Is there mobile mechanic invoice software?
Yes. Every job card in AQUORIA O.N.E becomes a receipt or an A4 invoice with its own number, your UEN, the car, its mileage and each part and labour line. In Singapore it can carry a PayNow QR for the amount owed, so the customer pays before you drive off.
Are mobile mechanics expensive?
Not always. There's no workshop rent to cover and the customer saves a trip, though urgent call-outs can cost more. Clear prices help: in AQUORIA O.N.E customers see your service prices when booking and approve the full total before any work starts.
Is there free mobile mechanic software?
AQUORIA O.N.E isn't free, though the first 14 days cost nothing and need no card. After that it's S$29 a month on Essential for a one-person mechanic, or S$149 on Business with staff logins, stock across locations and payroll. Jobs aren't limited and nothing is taken from what customers pay you.
