Custom work gets its own notice time and a price you agree. Live sales on Facebook or Instagram turn comments into orders. When the hobby turns into a business, the same app keeps your expenses, profit and GST figures, and on Business your materials, suppliers and staff.
Your own shop link, made for handmade
Each piece has its photos, a description and a price, with choices such as scent, size or colour. A soy candle at S$26 can come in lavender, vanilla or sea salt, each with its own stock count, so the vanilla sells out on its own while the others stay up. A beaded bracelet in S, M or L works the same way. You get a warning before anything runs low.
Customers add a note to any item, such as the name to engrave or the message for the card, and the note travels with the order. Add gift wrapping as an extra for S$4. Already have a website? Copy a code to put an order button or your whole shop on your Wix or WordPress page, and orders still arrive in one list.
- Photos, choices and stock for each scent, size or colour
- A note per item for names, initials and card messages
- Collection or delivery, with a delivery fee and free delivery above an amount
- Pay now online, by PayNow QR, or on collection
Custom and personalised orders
Set how many days' notice each item needs: 5 days for a custom mug or T-shirt print, 7 days for a custom name necklace, 14 days for a commissioned wall piece. Customers can't pick a date sooner than you can make it.
Work you can't price until you've seen the brief, such as corporate gifts or a wedding favour order, can be set to an agreed price. You type the price on the order once it's agreed and record a part payment upfront, and the balance stays on the order until it's paid.
Markets, pop-ups and live sales
At a weekend market, the counter screen runs on your phone: tap the items, show the PayNow QR for the exact amount or take cash, and the stock comes off the same count your shop link uses, so you never sell online what just went at the stall.
Run a live sale on Facebook or Instagram with short codes for each piece on screen. Buyers claim pieces from your live link or you note them as they comment; stock is held for every claim, and when the live ends each buyer gets one order and a payment request. Orders still unpaid after the time you set are cancelled and the pieces go back on sale.
Parcels, couriers and flowers on time
Connect your own parcel account and, from any order, compare courier prices, buy the label and print the waybill. The customer gets the tracking link and the parcel is followed until it's delivered. For same-day delivery, book a rider from the order with your own courier account.
Florists and gift makers can open delivery windows, such as 10:00 to 13:00, and cap how many orders each one takes, so Valentine's Day and Mother's Day stay possible. Hand-tied bouquets can need one day's notice and flowers for an event five, with the price agreed for each event.
Posts, posters and regulars
Pick the pieces to feature and AQUORIA O.N.E builds a poster from your own photos and ready wording for each channel, which you can edit. Download them and post them yourself on your Facebook Page and Instagram. Campaign ideas follow the calendar, from Valentine's Day to Mid-Autumn and Christmas, and promo codes work online and at the stall.
Points or a stamp card reward people who keep coming back, and members can be given early access to a new collection before everyone else can order it.
When the hobby becomes a business
Record what you spend on wax, beads and packaging and see a simple profit for each of the last six months. If you register for GST, the Finance page works out your GST return figures from your orders and expenses for your accountant to check. On Business, materials can be kept as supplies with their own stock, recipes take them off when a piece sells, and purchase orders go to your suppliers.

Questions
What app can I use to run a home business in Singapore?
AQUORIA O.N.E runs the whole home business in one app: your shop link, orders, payments by PayNow and card, stock, parcels, posters, loyalty and a simple profit view. It works in the browser on your phone or computer, with nothing to install. Try it free for 14 days, then it's S$29 a month on Essential.
Can I sell my handmade products without a website?
Yes. Your shop link works as your website, with your name, photos, prices and a way to order and pay. We host it and keep it secure, so there's nothing to build or renew. Share it in your Instagram bio, on WhatsApp or as a QR code at your market stall.
How do I take custom orders with a deposit?
There's no separate deposit step for orders. Set the item to an agreed price and the days' notice you need. When the customer orders, type the price you agreed and record a part payment upfront by PayNow, card or cash. The balance stays on the order, and it can't be handed over until it's paid.
Can I ship parcels from the app?
Yes. Connect your own parcel booking account, then from any order compare courier prices, buy the label and print the waybill. The customer gets the tracking link and the parcel is followed until it's delivered. The label is paid from your own parcel account, not through AQUORIA O.N.E.
Do I need to register my business before I start?
You can sign up without a UEN and add it later; once added, we fill in your registered address and PayNow for you. Whether you need to register with ACRA, or follow HDB rules for working from home, depends on what you do, so check ACRA's and HDB's current guidance yourself.
