AQUORIA O.N.E is a laundry POS system and customer app in one. Weigh and price at the counter, book pickups into time windows, give every order a ready date, and let customers track it and pay by PayNow QR or card online. It runs on the phone, tablet or computer you already have.
A laundry shop's day, and the gaps in it
Orders come over the counter, by phone and by WhatsApp: 'can you collect tomorrow morning?'. Pickups are noted in a book, the driver calls customers who aren't home, and bags come back with a scrawled count. At closing, someone tallies cash, PayNow and the balances customers promised to pay on collection.
- A customer is sure she sent 14 shirts, and only 12 came back.
- Too many pickups squeezed into one morning, so half of them are late.
- Express jobs mixed in with normal ones, and missed.
- Finished bags hanging for weeks because nobody reminded the customer.
- Prices per kilo rounded differently by each person on the counter.
Per kg, per piece and express pricing
The laundry starter catalogue is ready to edit: Wash & fold at S$3 per kg with a 5 kg minimum charge, Shirt (pressed) at S$3.50, Trousers (pressed) at S$4.50, a Bedsheet set at S$15, Suit 2-piece and Dress for dry cleaning, and Alterations priced on quote. Type the kilograms at the counter, such as 6.5, and the price follows. Tick Express and your surcharge (50% to start) is added while the ready date comes forward.
Pickup and delivery customers book themselves
Switch on pickup & delivery and set your pickup times, for example Monday to Saturday, 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00, with how many pickups fit in each. Customers book a window on your customer app with their address, unit, postcode and a rough list of items, and a full window simply can't be booked. Set a pickup fee and free pickup from a spend, such as S$40.
On the day, Stops lists every pickup and delivery in order, sorted by time and area, with Navigate and Call. At the door, record the bags collected and take a photo. When the order is ready, the customer picks a delivery window on their order page, and at the door you collect any balance and keep a photo or signature as proof.
Fewer arguments about missing pieces
Each order lists every item and its count, with a note per line like 'white school shirts x5, names sewn inside'. The order's own page shows how many items you received and the ready date. Send the customer that link from the order screen by WhatsApp on your phone, or connect your own SMS or email account and the app sends it for you. Today shows what's due, what's late and what's been uncollected for too long, and the hand-over waits until the balance is paid.

Questions
Is there an app for laundry shops?
Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E works as the shop's counter screen, order book, pickup calendar and customer app at once. Customers see your prices, book pickups and track orders on your link, and you price by the kilo or by the piece, take PayNow or card, and see each day's takings. It runs in the browser, so there's nothing to install.
Does laundry service include ironing?
It depends on the shop, so make it clear on your price list. A common way is to price wash & fold by the kilo and pressing by the piece. In AQUORIA O.N.E those are separate items, such as Wash & fold per kg and Shirt (pressed) per piece, so customers see exactly what they're paying for and nothing is assumed.
How much are laundry and ironing prices in Singapore?
Every shop sets its own. The app's starter prices are S$3 per kg for wash & fold with a 5 kg minimum, S$3.50 for a pressed shirt and S$4.50 for pressed trousers, which you change before you open. Your price list then shows on your customer link with any express and pickup fees, so nobody is surprised at the counter.
How profitable is a laundry business?
That comes down to volume, pricing and costs such as rent, utilities, detergent and staff. AQUORIA O.N.E shows revenue by day and by service, average order, repeat customers and how many orders were ready on time, and you can write down expenses with a receipt photo. On Business, accounting adds bills to pay, bank matching and profit.
Can customers book laundry pickup and delivery online?
Yes. Set your pickup windows and how many pickups each can take, and customers book one from your customer app with their address and a rough list of items. They're told the final price is set after you count and weigh. When the order is ready, they choose a delivery window on their order page, and you can offer free pickup above a spend you set.
