Marketing automation for Singapore businesses, built from your own shop

Marketing is the job that slips when the shop is busy. A festival comes and goes without a post, regulars drift away without anyone noticing, and the happy customer never leaves that review. AQUORIA O.N.E does the remembering. It suggests what to promote from your own data, makes posters from your own photos and prices, and, once you've connected your own email, SMS or Telegram, sends greetings and review requests by itself, so marketing still happens in a week like that.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

This is marketing automation Singapore owners can run in ten minutes a week. Posters, campaigns, promo codes, greetings, reviews and campaign results are on every plan. Business adds marketing tools: email newsletters to chosen customer groups and counts of visits to your shop pages.

Campaign ideas from your own data

Open Marketing and the app has already found something worth saying:

  • New item: your newest item, ready to announce
  • Festivals coming up in Singapore, such as Chinese New Year, Eid al-Fitr, Mid-Autumn, Deepavali and Christmas, with how many days to go
  • Win back quiet customers: how many haven't ordered in 60 days
  • Fill this week's free times, for appointment businesses with gaps in the diary
  • Birthday treat, for customers with a birthday coming up
  • Start from scratch with your own message

One idea, a whole campaign

Each idea fills the campaign in for you: the message, the items on the poster, an offer and a promo code. Change any of it before you share. Each campaign keeps a record of what it brought in: orders, money, customers who had ordered before and came back while it ran, and how many times the code was used.

Posters from your own photos and prices

Posters are made from your catalogue photos, item names, prices and your order QR code, so a customer who scans the poster on your stall lands on your shop link, ready to order. Pick a design (Product, Gallery, Bold, Festive or Book a slot), then a size: a square post, a story, or A4 for printing. Change the headline, the poster line, the offer box and the button words, and every poster updates.

Made a poster in Canva already? Add up to three of your own per campaign. AQUORIA O.N.E adds a strip with your promo code and order QR, so you can still tell which posts bring orders. No AI is used for posters or photos: the designs are fixed templates filled with your shop's own details, so they always show your real prices.

Wording for every channel, in two languages

Make my campaign writes ready wording for each place you post (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and SMS) in up to two of your languages, starting from ready-made headlines that are translated for you. Prices, dates, the offer and the code come straight from your shop. Copy it, edit it, and post it yourself from your own accounts: the app doesn't post to social media or send WhatsApp broadcasts for you.

Promotions only ever go out from your own accounts and numbers, never AQUORIA's, and only to customers who agreed to hear from you. Each customer's consent is recorded on their record.

Promo codes that work at the counter and online

Turn a campaign's code on with one tap and it works at the counter screen and in your customer app. Or make codes by hand in Points & promo codes:

  • A percentage off, an amount off, or free pickup and delivery
  • A minimum spend, start and end dates, and a maximum number of uses
  • Once per customer, or first order only
  • A channel tag, so reports count the code's sales under that channel
  • Switch off promo codes at the counter for any staff member who shouldn't give them

Festive and birthday greetings on autopilot

Tick the occasions you want in Settings, such as Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas and customers' birthdays. At 9 am on the day, each customer who agreed to promotions gets one greeting in their own language, through the email mailbox, SMS account or Telegram bot you've connected. Write your own wording with the customer's first name and the festival's name dropped in, or use the ready one.

The Greetings page shows how many customers have agreed to promotions and how many have given you their birthday, so you know who'll get each one. Greetings stay off until you switch them on, and each customer gets one per occasion. If you send them by SMS, your SMS provider bills your own account for each message; AQUORIA O.N.E adds nothing.

Reviews that come in by themselves

Turn on review requests and one message goes out through your connected channel after an order is collected or delivered, or an appointment is done, at most once a month per customer. Customers tap the stars and can leave a comment. Happy customers (4 or 5 stars) are also asked to review you on Google if you add your Google review link. Customers choose whether their rating and comment show on your page, with their first name only, so new customers see real feedback before they order. Reply to reviews on your page, hide one from the page, or filter to 3 stars or less to see what needs fixing.

Marketing tools on Business

  • Email newsletters from your own mailbox to customers who agreed to promotions, with an unsubscribe link in every email
  • Customer groups to send to: top spenders, haven't come back in 60 days, birthdays this month, came once and not back, and business accounts
  • Visits to your shop pages and from each campaign's links, counted without cookies

  3. 3Download the posters, copy the wording for each channel, and turn the code on.
  4. 4Switch on greetings and review requests once, in Settings.

Questions

What is marketing automation?

Marketing that runs by itself once it's set up: greetings on festival days and birthdays, a review request after every order, and campaign ideas that suggest themselves from your data. In AQUORIA O.N.E it works from your real customers, items and bookings, and promotions only go to customers who agreed to receive them.

Is there a poster maker in the app?

Yes. Posters are made from your catalogue photos, names and prices, with your order QR code. Choose a design and a size (square post, story or A4 print) and download it. You can also upload up to three of your own posters per campaign and have the QR and promo code strip added to them.

Does WhatsApp marketing work in Singapore?

It works, and stays within the rules, when it goes only to people who agreed to hear from you: Singapore's PDPA and WhatsApp's own policies both expect consent for promotions. AQUORIA O.N.E records who said yes and writes the WhatsApp wording for each campaign, for you to copy into your own chats or status. The app doesn't send WhatsApp broadcasts for you; greetings and newsletters go by your connected email, SMS or Telegram.

Can I see which promotion brought in sales?

Yes. Each campaign shows the orders and money that came through its promo code, its links and its poster QR, plus customers who'd ordered before and came back while it ran. Reports also show revenue by channel, and a promo code can carry a channel tag so its sales are counted there.

Does it write posts with AI?

No. Wording comes from ready-made headlines and your own message, filled in with your real items, prices, dates and code, in up to two languages. That keeps every post accurate and free to make. If you like drafting with an AI tool of your own, paste its text in and the posters and code still update.
