A nails booking app that fills your chair, not your chat

Most nail techs don't need another nails booking app so much as fewer messages. A client asks for Saturday, you offer 2pm, she wants 3pm, you check, and she goes quiet. Another books a gel manicure with nail art and doesn't turn up. Meanwhile you're mid-manicure with one hand free to reply.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E gives your studio a booking page where clients see your real free times, pick a service and an add-on, and pay a deposit to confirm. With your own SMS or email account connected, they get a reminder the day before. Your calendar fills from your link instead of your chats.

What a no-show really costs

An hour-long gel pedicure slot that goes empty on a Saturday is S$48 you can't sell twice. Add the time spent replying to 'any slots this week?', clients who book a manicure and ask for a pedicure on the day, and refills that slip because nobody followed up, and a home studio loses hours every week.

  • Back-and-forth chats just to agree a time
  • No-shows with nothing paid
  • Extra services that run into the next client
  • Regulars who forget to rebook

Services, add-ons and the time they take

Pick Nails and your menu starts with a gel manicure at S$38 for 45 minutes, with add-ons for nail art (+S$10) or removing old gel (+S$8), a classic manicure at S$25 for 30 minutes, a gel pedicure at S$48 for an hour and a gel removal at S$12 for 20 minutes. Change the prices to yours and add photos of your sets.

Clients can add another service to the same visit, such as a gel pedicure straight after the manicure, and only times that fit both are shown. Add a gap after each appointment, say 10 minutes to clean and sterilise, and choose how often start times appear, such as every 15 minutes.

Deposits, reminders and no-shows

Give a service a deposit, such as S$10 on a gel set. The client pays it on the next screen, by PayNow QR or card online, and the booking is confirmed once it's paid. An unpaid booking holds its time for 2 hours, then the slot goes back on your page.

With your own SMS or email account connected, clients get a reminder the day before. They can move or cancel from their link up to the notice you set. Once a deposit is paid, they ask you instead. If they don't come, mark a no-show and the deposit is kept as your fee; if they cancel, you choose to keep or refund it.

Regulars, reviews and a full week

Clients see their past visits and can tap Book again. For a regular who comes every two weeks, book her repeats for the next few months in one go. After each visit, a review request goes out the same way, and tips can be offered with the bill. Keep private notes such as prefers short almond or allergic to acrylic. When a client asks for prices in a chat, send your booking link: every service, add-on and price is on it. On Business, each nail tech has their own hours, and clients can pick who they book with.

How it works

  1. 1Pick Nails, then set your services, add-ons, durations and deposits.
  2. 2Set your working hours, the gap after each appointment and how far ahead clients can book.
  3. 3Share your booking link and let clients book and pay the deposit.

Questions

What should a nails booking system for a home studio do?

Show only the times you can really do, take a deposit and stop double bookings. AQUORIA O.N.E does that from your own booking link, which you can put in your Instagram bio or send in a chat. It runs in the browser, so neither you nor your clients need to install anything.

How does a booking deposit work?

When a client books a service with a deposit, they pay that amount to confirm the time, and the rest is paid after the appointment. If they don't pay within 2 hours, the time is released. If they cancel, you decide whether to keep or refund it; if they don't turn up, it's kept as your no-show fee.

Can I put my nails price list online?

Yes. Your catalogue becomes a price list page on your link, with each service's price and photos, and a Book button next to each one. Add-ons like nail art show with their prices, so clients know what they'll pay before they book. Change a price once and it's updated everywhere.

What happens when a client doesn't turn up?

Open the booking and tap No-show. If a deposit was paid, it's kept as your fee and the booking closes; if not, the booking is cancelled. Reports count no-shows, so you can see whether deposits are working. If no-shows keep happening, add or raise deposits on your longer services.

Is there free nail salon software?

You can use AQUORIA O.N.E free for 14 days without a card. After that, Essential costs S$29 a month for one nail tech, with unlimited bookings and deposits. Business, at S$149 a month, adds logins for your team, each with their own hours, and payroll with CPF. AQUORIA takes no cut of your bookings.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
