AQUORIA O.N.E gives your kitchen one shop link. Customers pick the cake, the size and the add-ons, choose a day you can actually make, and pay. You see the week's orders in one list, and the app adds up how many of each bake you need.
Where cake orders go wrong
The order is rarely the hard part. The details are. The message to pipe on the cake is buried three screens up. Someone asks for a 10-inch cake tomorrow when it needs two days. A customer says they've transferred, but nothing has arrived. In festive weeks, you promise more tins of tarts than you have, then spend an evening apologising.
- Rush requests for cakes that need 48 hours
- A size or flavour agreed in a voice note, then forgotten
- Cakes baked for orders that were never paid
- Festive bakes oversold before the oven is even on
Your cakes, sizes and add-ons, ready on day one
Pick Cakes & bakes when you sign up and your catalogue starts with a baker's items you can edit: a signature chocolate cake from S$48, with 8-inch (+S$18) and 10-inch (+S$38) sizes and add-ons such as a message on the cake (+S$5), candles (+S$2) and a gift box (+S$4). There's also a pandan chiffon at S$28, butter cookies at S$18 a tin, pineapple tarts at S$32 for 30 and a sourdough loaf at S$12.
Every item has its own notice. Set the chocolate cake to 2 days ahead and the earliest day a customer can choose is two days away. Allergens and dietary notes, such as egg, milk and wheat, show on your menu, and customers can add a note to each item for the name or message you'll write.
Collection times, payment and a daily bake list
List the times you hand over, such as 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00, and how many orders each time can take. When Saturday afternoon is full, customers can't pick it. They choose to collect or have it delivered for your fee, then pay now by PayNow QR or bank transfer, or when they collect. An order set to be paid online that's still unpaid after 24 hours is cancelled, and its stock goes back.
The packing list totals any day for you: 6 chocolate cakes, 4 chiffons, 12 tins of cookies, then each customer's order with their time and notes. Keep it open on your phone in the kitchen or print it. Mark an order ready and it shows on the customer's order page; with your own SMS or email account connected, they get a message too.
Limited bakes, festive seasons and regulars
Turn on Count stock for pineapple tarts and type 15 tins. They show sold out at zero, and you're warned when they run low. Before Chinese New Year, Hari Raya or Christmas, give a festive bake a members-first day so regulars can order before everyone else.
Festive and birthday greetings can go by your own SMS or email account to customers who agreed to promotions, and the poster maker turns your photos and prices into a poster with a QR code to order, ready to download and post yourself. After collection, a review request goes out the same way, and points or a stamp card bring them back for the next birthday. Customers who'd rather ask first can tap to message you on WhatsApp from your shop page, and you can answer 'how much is the 8-inch?' with your link.

Questions
How do I start a home baking business in Singapore?
Start with a short menu you bake well, your prices and the notice each item needs. Check the current rules for home-based businesses from HDB or your condo's management before you sell. Then sign up, pick Cakes & bakes, edit the sample items and share your link. AQUORIA O.N.E runs the orders and payments; licences and food safety stay with you.
Can customers order cakes online with sizes and add-ons?
Yes. Each item can have option groups: Size with 6, 8 and 10 inch at different prices, or Add-ons where several can be picked. Make Size required so nobody orders a cake without one. The total updates as they choose, and their choices show on the order, so there's nothing left to confirm by chat.
Which apps does a bakery business need?
Many home bakers juggle a chat app, a notes app, a spreadsheet and a banking app. AQUORIA O.N.E puts the order form, menu, payments, customer list, bake list and sales reports in one place. It runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and customers order from your link without downloading anything.
How do customers keep track of their cake order?
Every order gets a number and its own page, where the customer can see what they ordered, when to collect and what's left to pay. On your side, orders sit by day, so you can see what's due tomorrow and what's unpaid, and the Today page shows what's ready for collection. Search by name or phone number when someone asks.
How much does bakery software cost?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days, with no card needed. After that, Essential is S$29 a month for a one-person bakery, with unlimited orders. Business is S$149 a month when you add staff, a second kitchen, or stock and recipes. AQUORIA never takes a cut of your sales; your payment provider charges its usual card fee.
