It works for a home tutor with twelve students and for a centre in Tampines with a team of tutors. Pick Tuition when you sign up and your catalogue starts with a trial lesson, Primary Maths (1 hour) and Secondary English (1.5 hours) at sample prices you change to your own.
Lesson slots that repeat for the whole term
Set your teaching hours for each weekday, add days off for marking week or public holidays, and choose how often lessons can start. When a student joins, book the first lesson and set it to repeat every week or every two weeks, up to 26 times. If a week is already taken, it's skipped and you're told how many were missed, so you can place them by hand.
Group classes are the one thing it doesn't run: there's no class list with a set number of places, so it suits one-to-one lessons and home tuition.
- Parents book a trial lesson from your booking page and answer one question: the student's name and age.
- A gap after each lesson keeps time to reset the room, or to travel to the next home.
- Home tutors can teach at the family's home, with travel time kept before and after.
- A reminder goes to the parent the day before each lesson, by your own SMS or email once you connect it.
Makeup lessons without the back-and-forth
When Ethan has a CCA clash on Thursday, open his lesson, tap Change time and the app shows only the free times. Pick one and the parent is told, with a fresh reminder for the new slot. Parents can also move a lesson themselves from your customer app, up to the notice period you set, so a 10pm request doesn't wait for you.
Mark each lesson done or no-show. Analytics then shows bookings, no-shows and your busiest hours over the term.
Term fees, invoices and who still owes
Add 'Term 4 fees, P5 Maths (10 lessons)' at S$480 as an item and bill each family once, as an order or an A4 invoice with its own number and a pay-by date. In Singapore the invoice carries a PayNow QR for exactly what's owed. Parents pay by PayNow, bank transfer or cash, or by card online once you open a payment account. Charging per lesson instead? Mark the lesson done and it goes straight to payment and a receipt.
- Unpaid fees add up under Owed to you, so week-3 chasing takes a minute.
- Payment reminders with the amount and a link to pay can go out by themselves once you switch them on and connect your own SMS account.
- Ask for a deposit when a parent books a trial, to cut no-shows.
When you hire more tutors
Essential (S$29 a month) is the owner's own account, right for a solo tutor. Business (S$149 a month) gives each tutor a login and their own timetable, so parents can choose a tutor or anyone free. It also adds payroll with CPF for full-time staff, hourly rates for part-timers, leave and clock-in, and up to 3 locations.

Questions
What is a tuition centre management system?
It's one app for what a centre usually spreads over spreadsheets and chats: the lesson timetable, each family's details, fees and payments. In AQUORIA O.N.E that means repeating one-to-one lesson slots, online booking for trials, makeup lessons moved in a few taps, term invoices with a PayNow QR, and reports on bookings, no-shows and revenue.
Is there a tuition booking system for home tutors?
Yes. Set your hours, choose that lessons take place at the student's home, and add the travel time you need between houses. Parents book from your link, give the student's name and age, and get a reminder the day before. A home tutor working alone runs all of it on Essential at S$29 a month.
How do tuition centres collect fees?
Most bill per term or per month, then chase by message. Here you add the term fee as an item, bill each family once as an order or A4 invoice with a pay-by date, and let them pay by PayNow, transfer, cash or card online. You see who still owes and can press Remind to send a reminder with a payment link, or let reminders go out by themselves once your own SMS account is connected.
Is there a tuition centre management app for my phone?
AQUORIA O.N.E is a web app, so it runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. You check the day's lessons and payments from your phone between classes. Parents use your own link to book a trial, move a lesson and pay, without downloading anything either.
How much does tuition centre software cost?
You can try it free for 14 days with no card. After that, Essential is S$29 a month for a tutor working alone, and Business is S$149 a month for a centre that needs tutors' logins, payroll with CPF and up to 3 locations. AQUORIA takes no cut of your fees and has no add-ons.
