Wholesale & distribution runs on Business. Pick it at sign-up and you start with Rice (carton of 10 x 5 kg) at S$120, Cooking oil (carton of 6 x 2 L) at S$48, Paper towels (carton) at S$36 and Delivery to your outlet at S$15.
Trade customers with their own terms
Set each customer up as a business account with their own prices, a credit limit and payment terms in days, and say whether every order needs their PO number. Orders go on account, and when a customer passes their credit limit you're warned before the next order goes out. A monthly statement shows what was owed at the start, what was charged, what was paid and what's owed now.
Standing orders made the night before
A hawker centre stall that takes 4 cartons of oil every Monday and Thursday gets a standing order. Each night, the next day's order is made from it at that customer's prices, with their standing PO number, and lands on the driver's route. Change one day's order on its own, or pause the standing order while the stall is closed for renovation.
- Orders made short of stock are flagged for you to check before packing.
- Items sold by weight take kilograms, others take how many.
- The packing list totals each item to pick across the day's orders.
Delivery orders and drivers
Every delivery has a delivery order with the customer's PO number, ready to print and sign. Drivers see their stops, navigate, send an On my way message by your own SMS or email once you connect it, and take a photo or the customer's signature as proof, or record payment collected. Failed stops are recorded with a reason, such as the shop being closed.
Buying, stock and the warehouse
Send purchase orders to suppliers in packs, receive part deliveries and close what isn't coming. Goods received go into stock at cost, and the supplier's bill waits in Accounts with its due date. Stock is kept per location for up to 3 warehouses or outlets, with counts, transfers and stock value. Credit notes handle returns and damaged goods against an invoice.
Money in, money out
Payment reminders with a link to pay can go out by themselves once a customer's invoice is past its pay-by date, when you switch them on and connect your own SMS account. Bank matching, bills to pay, a balance sheet and a year-end pack keep the books, and payroll works out CPF for drivers and warehouse staff. Up to 10 people log in, each with their own permissions.

Questions
Do wholesale distributors sell to the public?
Some do, often from a trade counter or by the carton, while others sell only to businesses. AQUORIA O.N.E handles both: trade customers order on account at their own prices, and walk-in buyers can be served at the counter screen and pay on the spot by PayNow QR or cash.
What is the difference between a wholesaler and a distributor?
A wholesaler usually buys in bulk and resells to shops and businesses, while a distributor often represents particular brands and handles their delivery and reach in an area. In practice many Singapore trading companies do both, and need the same tools: trade prices, standing orders, delivery orders, routes and statements.
What does wholesale distribution software do?
It takes trade orders at each customer's own prices, repeats regular orders, plans deliveries, prints delivery orders, tracks stock across warehouses, buys from suppliers and sends statements. AQUORIA O.N.E does all of that on Business, with drivers' proof of delivery, credit limits, payroll with CPF and accounting in the same app.
Can I set different prices for each trade customer?
Yes. Each business account can have its own prices for the items it buys. Its orders, standing orders and invoices use those prices automatically, and its PO number prints on every invoice and delivery order. Everyone else pays the catalogue price.
Do I need a UEN to start the free trial?
Yes. Wholesale & distribution runs on Business, and the Business trial asks for your business registration number, your UEN in Singapore. Your registered address and PayNow details can then be filled in for you. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card.
