On top of that list sit the tools that bring people back: tags, ready-made groups, birthdays, follow-up reminders and greetings. On Business you also get a leads pipeline, a timeline for each customer and customer fields of your own.
The customer list
Customers shows everyone you serve, most recent first, a hundred at a time. Search by name, number, email or tag. Each customer's page shows their orders and bookings, whether they agreed to promotions, a Book again button and private notes only your team sees, such as allergies, a gate code or a dog that doesn't like the hairdryer. A tailor can keep measurements there too.
Nobody has to remember to save a customer: the counter adds new ones as you take their order, and your shop link adds them when they order or book themselves.
Each customer also has a language, chosen by them on your shop link or by you at the counter. Their receipts, reminders and greetings then go in that language, so Mdm Tan reads hers in Chinese while Priya reads hers in English, without you writing anything twice.
Tags, groups and birthdays
Give a customer up to 10 tags of your own, like VIP, wholesale or regular, and a birthday as day and month (no year is kept). Ready-made groups then sort the list for you:
- Agreed to promotions
- Haven't come back (60 days)
- Top spenders: your 20 biggest spenders this past year
- Birthdays this month
- Came once, not back
- Business accounts, plus a group for every tag you use
Messages that respect consent
Pick a group and get a message ready for it, such as a come-back offer for customers you haven't seen in 60 days. Only customers who agreed to promotions are listed, and anyone messaged in the last few days is skipped. The app writes the message, and each customer has a button that opens WhatsApp on your own phone with it already written, so you send them one tap at a time.
Birthday and festival greetings can go out on the day by themselves, in each customer's language, only to those who agreed to promotions, through the email mailbox, SMS account or Telegram bot you've connected. Pick the occasions, keep the ready wording or write your own.
Follow-ups so nobody slips through
Add a follow-up to any customer with a date and a short note, like Call back on Friday about the sofa fabric. Follow-ups due today or overdue appear on the Today screen, and Done ticks them off. It's the simplest kind of sales pipeline, and it's on both plans.
Loyalty that runs by itself
Under Loyalty & VIP, pick the programmes that suit you; each one runs on its own once it's switched on. Points per dollar or a stamp card reward every visit, and customers see their balance on your shop link. VIP tiers move customers up by what they spent in the last 12 months, each tier with its own discount on every order and, if you like, free delivery. A birthday treat gives a one-time code in the customer's birthday month, and milestone rewards say thank you at a 5th or 10th order or a first review. Member prices and Members first let regulars buy for less, or before everyone else.
Analytics then shows new customers, repeat customers and your top customers for any period, so you can see whether the programme is bringing people back.
Leads and pipeline, on Business
Business adds Leads: people who have asked but haven't bought yet. Each lead has a stage, from New and Contacted through to Won or Lost, where they came from (Instagram, a friend, a wedding fair), roughly what they're worth, who looks after them and the day to get back to them. The board shows what your open leads are worth in total. Mark a lead Won and they become a customer, linked to the same phone number if they're already on your list.
Business also adds a timeline on each customer's page with everything that happened with them (orders, payments, messages, bookings, follow-ups, leads and reviews), assigning customers to a staff member with a Mine filter, and up to 10 customer fields of your own, such as Car plate or Birthday cake flavour.
Bring your old list in
Import customers from a spreadsheet, a CSV file, or the customer export of the app you used before. Only a phone number is needed. Customers already on your list keep their name and history, empty details are filled in and tags are added. You can also import phone contacts as a .vcf file from an iPhone or Android phone; share only your customers, not family and friends. Consent to offers carries over only where your list says yes for that person, and the owner can download the customer list at any time. On Business, leads can be imported the same way; a lead with the same phone or email is updated rather than added twice.
Privacy and PDPA, built in
New customers are shown your privacy notice before their details are taken, and agreeing to promotions is a separate tick. Name your data protection officer and DPO email, and choose how many months after their last order inactive customers are erased. Customers can download their data or delete their details from their account; when details are erased, orders stay for tax records with the name removed. Every view, export and erasure goes into an access log, and phone numbers are masked on receipts.
How it works
- 1Take orders and bookings as usual: each one adds or updates the customer.
- 2Add tags, birthdays and follow-ups as you go, or import your old list from a spreadsheet or contacts file.
- 3Use groups to send offers to customers who agreed, and on Business work your leads from New to Won.

Questions
What is a customer database?
A customer database is one list of the people you serve, with how to reach them and what they've bought. In AQUORIA O.N.E it fills itself from your orders and bookings, so each customer's phone, language, history, tags, birthday and notes stay together, and you can search them, group them and get a message ready for each group from one place.
Which CRM features are on Essential?
The core is: the customer list, history, notes, tags, groups, birthdays, follow-ups, imports, greetings and the privacy tools are on Essential at S$29 a month. Leads, customer timelines, assigning customers to staff and your own customer fields come with Business at S$149 a month. Both start with a 14-day free trial.
What is lead management?
Lead management is keeping track of people who have asked about your work but haven't bought, so you follow up at the right time. On Business, each lead in AQUORIA O.N.E has a stage, a source, a rough value, a person looking after it and a date to get back to them. Marking one Won turns them into a customer.
Can I import my customer list from Excel or my phone?
Yes. Paste or upload a spreadsheet or CSV with a header row, or the customer export of the app you used before; only a phone number is needed. From a phone, export your contacts as a .vcf file. Customers already on your list keep their history, and consent to offers carries over only where the list says yes.
How does it help with PDPA?
It shows your privacy notice to new customers, keeps consent to promotions separate, sends offers only to customers who agreed, and lets customers download or delete their own details. You can name a DPO, erase inactive customers after a period you set, and check an access log. Your business remains responsible for how it uses personal data.
Can each salesperson see their own customers?
On Business, yes. The owner can assign a customer to a member of staff, who then sees who they look after, and the Mine filter shows each person their own customers and leads. Staff logins have roles and permissions, so you decide who can open the customer list at all.
