Upload the log card PDF from OneMotoring and the insurance certificate, and each car is added with its plate, make, model, COE expiry, road tax and inspection dates, insurer and policy. Set a price a day, a half day, a week and a month, the km included a day with a charge per km over, and what a full tank costs. You're reminded 30 days before road tax, insurance or inspection run out, and a car can't be rented out past its road tax or insurance.

Online booking with no double booking

Customers choose dates on your link, check availability and book; booking is free and they pay at pick-up with the deposit. Each car is locked while a booking is checked, so two people can't take the same days. You set how many open bookings one customer may hold, how close to pick-up they can cancel, and when a no-show is let go. The Rentals page shows who's picking up today, who's due back and who's overdue.

Agreements signed on the hirer's phone

Tick ready-made terms, such as no smoking, same fuel back, late returns charged, Malaysia trips at S$30 a day extra, the insurance excess and an admin fee for each fine, then add your own words. The hirer scans a QR code at the counter, or opens the link you send, fills in their licence and address, reads the terms in their own language and signs. Your screen shows it the moment they've signed.

Pick-up and return, worked out for you

At pick-up, record the mileage, fuel, up to 12 photos and the deposit held. At return, Complete rental adds late days past a two-hour grace, km over the allowance and fuel short by the eighth of a tank, plus any cleaning or damage, then keeps part of the deposit or refunds it. Anything still owed stays on Not paid yet. Extend a rental, swap a broken-down car mid-rental, or take off-road days off the rent.
