An online booking system for Singapore, with deposits and reminders built in

If bookings still arrive as messages at 11 pm asking "got slot Saturday?", you're doing a booking system's job by hand: checking the diary, offering times, chasing a deposit, reminding people the day before and hoping they turn up. AQUORIA O.N.E does those steps for you. Customers pick a service, a day and a free time on your own booking page, pay a deposit if you ask for one, and get a reminder the day before.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

It works for anything that takes time: a 60-minute gel manicure, a 45-minute dog groom, a 90-minute tuition lesson, a two-unit aircon service at the customer's flat. And because bookings live in the same all-in-one app as your orders, payments and customers, a finished appointment turns straight into a paid job and a line in your reports.

Services with durations, set up once

Any service in your catalogue with a duration can be booked. Give it a length in minutes, a price and, if you like, a deposit to book, then tick Bookable online to show it on your booking page. Not every service is one fixed block of time:

  • Per unit: an aircon service booked for 3 units takes three times as long and costs three times as much
  • By the hour: a cleaner or a photographer booked for 4 hours
  • Price on quote: the customer books the time, and you enter the agreed price when the job is done
  • More than one service in a visit: a cut, then a colour, booked straight after with the same person

Your rules: notice, gaps and how far ahead

You set the rhythm. Choose start times every 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, a gap after each appointment to clean up or reset the room, how many hours' notice you need, and how many days ahead customers may book. Working hours are set per weekday, with days off for holidays and leave. A time is only offered when the whole service fits inside your hours without touching another appointment or its gap.

If you go to customers' homes, set the travel time kept before and after each home visit, and choose whether appointments happen at your place, at the customer's, or either. Customers booking a home visit give their address as they book.

One person or a whole team

On Essential, the booking page runs on your own diary, with the owner's account. On Business, each staff member gets their own working hours, days off and calendar, and each service can list who does it. Customers then see only the times when one of those people is free, and can pick a person or Anyone. A salon with three stylists can open Saturday for all three without three separate links.

The booking page your customers use

Your booking page is part of your shop link, the customer app that also shows your prices and takes orders. Customers choose a service, a day and a time, add a note, answer a question you set (a groomer might ask for the pet's name, breed and size), and sign in with their phone number to confirm. Later they can book again, see Coming up and Past visits, and open the receipt for any visit.

Share the link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp profile, and on a printed window poster with a QR code. If you already have a website, paste a Book now button into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify. Each link you share can carry its own tag, so Analytics shows which one brings the bookings.

Deposits that hold the slot

Set a deposit on a service, say S$20 on a S$68 lash lift, and the booking waits for it. The customer pays on the next screen by PayNow QR for the exact amount, by bank transfer, or by card through your own payment account. If a customer's deposit isn't paid within 2 hours, the time is given back, so one person can't hold several slots. Bookings you make yourself wait, since you take those deposits in person.

When someone cancels, you choose: keep the deposit as a cancellation fee, or record the refund. Mark a no-show and a paid deposit is kept as the fee. The Today screen lists deposits still to come today.

Reminders, changes and cancellations

Each customer gets a reminder the day before, by the message channel you've connected, such as your own email mailbox or SMS account. Customers can move or cancel their own booking up to your notice period, for example 24 hours before, as long as no deposit has been paid; after that they're asked to message you. When you move a booking, the customer is told and a fresh reminder goes for the new time.

Going away? Pause orders and bookings in Settings. Bookings already made stay booked, and customers can still see them.

Moving from another booking app? Import the bookings still to come. Each stays booked at its date and time with the staff member named, and no message goes to the customer, so your regulars don't get a confusing second confirmation.

The calendar and the end of the job

Appointments shows your bookings by day, week or month. Book by phone or at the counter with Find times, and repeat a booking every week or every 2 weeks for a set number of visits; weeks that are already full are skipped and counted. A booking made on your booking page sends an alert to your phone, so you see it as it happens.

When the work is done, press Done → payment. The appointment's order is dated that day, any agreed price is added, and you take the rest at the counter. Analytics then shows bookings, no-shows and your busiest times, which tells you whether a late Thursday is worth opening.

How it works

  1. 1Add your services with a duration, a price and an optional deposit, then set your working hours and days off.
  2. 2Switch on Appointments and share your booking page link, QR poster or website button.
  3. 3Customers book and pay any deposit; you get an alert, they get a reminder the day before, and Done → payment closes the job.

Questions

What is a booking system?

A booking system lets customers reserve a time for a service without messaging you first. It knows how long each service takes, when you're working and what's already booked, and offers only free times. AQUORIA O.N.E adds deposits, reminders, a calendar and payment at the end, in the same app as your orders and customers.

How does a booking deposit work?

You set a deposit on a service. When a customer books online, their time is held while they pay it, by PayNow QR, bank transfer or card through your own payment account. If it isn't paid within 2 hours, the time is released for someone else. If they cancel, you decide whether to keep it as a fee or refund it.

Is a booking fee the same as a deposit?

Not quite. A booking fee is usually kept whatever happens, while a deposit is part of the price and comes off the final bill. In AQUORIA O.N.E a deposit counts towards the job: when you press Done → payment, only the rest is left to pay. If the customer cancels late or doesn't come, you can keep the deposit as a fee.

Can customers book with a specific staff member?

On Business, yes. Each staff member has their own hours and days off, and each service can list who does it. Customers pick a person or Anyone, and only see times when someone suitable is free. Essential is the owner's account only, so the booking page runs on your own diary.

Do customers get booking reminders?

Yes. A reminder goes out the day before each appointment, by the message channel you connect to the app, such as your own email mailbox or SMS account. A booking made less than 24 hours ahead already had its confirmation, so it isn't reminded again straight away. Moving a booking sends a new reminder for the new time.

How much does an appointment booking system cost in Singapore?

Appointments come with both plans: S$29 a month on Essential or S$149 a month on Business, after a 14-day free trial with no card needed. There's no charge per booking. A payment provider you connect for card deposits charges its own fees directly; AQUORIA O.N.E takes no cut.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
