Every order lands in the same list as your counter orders, with the customer's details, the day it's due and whether it's paid. There's nothing to copy out of a form and nothing to retype into a spreadsheet.
Your shop link: menu, prices and photos
Your shop link is a customer app that opens in any phone's browser, in your shop's colour, with your logo, a cover photo and a short tagline. It shows your catalogue by category, with photos, prices, options and New or Popular badges, plus your opening hours and how to reach you. Each item can carry allergens or dietary notes, a member price, and an order-ahead time, so a celebration cake that needs 3 days' notice can't be ordered for tomorrow.
Options can have their own prices (6-inch S$38, 8-inch +S$18, extra fruit +S$6), and a size or colour with its own stock sells out on its own. Weighed goods can be ordered by the kilo, with a note that the final price is for the weight packed.
The home page can also show a Special offer with its promo code, for a first order or for spending above an amount, and What customers say from your reviews. A separate Prices page lists everything with its price, for customers who only want to check before they message you.
Cart, collection, delivery and time slots
Customers add items, write a note on any of them (a name for the cake, a message for the card), and choose I'll collect or Delivery, then a day. You set the rules:
- A delivery fee, with free delivery from an amount you choose, for example above S$80
- A minimum order
- Times to pick from, one a line (10:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00), and how many orders each time can take per day
- Pay now, Pay at pickup or Pay on delivery, or ask everyone to pay when they order
- Promo codes and member prices, worked out before the order is placed
No more overbooked Saturday mornings
Capacity is where order forms fail. If you can bake 8 boxes for the 10 am collection, set that time to take 8. The ninth customer sees it as full and picks 2 pm instead, rather than you messaging them back to apologise. Days that don't fit an item's notice simply can't be chosen, and a sold-out item can't be added at all.
Set the terms customers agree to when they order, so your rules on changes, collection and delivery are clear before anyone pays. For laundries and other collect-and-return services, customers can book a pickup instead of filling a cart: what they need, the pickup address and a pickup time.
Customer accounts, without passwords
Customers don't create an account first. They fill their cart, then confirm with their name, their phone number and a 6-digit code; their basket is kept while they do. Returning customers sign in the same way and see My orders, Order again and Favourites, track each order, check their points or stamp card, and can download their data or delete their details at any time. The code goes by text message once you've connected your own SMS account; without one, it's emailed from your own connected mailbox and customers enter an email instead.
New customers are shown your privacy notice and tick that they've read it, and promotions are a separate, optional tick. Your list stays PDPA-friendly from the first order. After ordering, customers follow each order from My orders or Track my order, so fewer people message to ask whether their cake is ready.
Paying for online orders
After placing an order, the customer sees how to pay. In Singapore, every order shows a PayNow QR for the exact amount, with the order number as the reference, paid straight to your own bank. Connect your own HitPay, Stripe or PayPal account to take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay as well; AQUORIA O.N.E never holds the money and takes no commission. Customers paying by bank transfer tap I've paid, attach a screenshot if they like, and you confirm when the money is in.
An order the customer chose to pay for now, but didn't pay within a day, is cancelled, its stock goes back on the shelf, and the customer is told.
In your customers' languages
Your ordering page, messages and receipts come already translated. Choose which languages your customers can pick from: for a Singapore shop the defaults are English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil, and 14 languages are available in all. Each customer chooses their own, and your shop's main language is the default.
Getting the link in front of customers
Share your link in your bio, your WhatsApp profile and your ads; each shared link is tracked, so Analytics shows which one brings orders. Print a window poster with a QR code that says Scan to order, book or see our prices. Already have a website? Paste an order button, a floating button or your whole catalogue into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify, and the orders still come into AQUORIA O.N.E. You can also give customers a button that opens WhatsApp on their own phone with their finished order written out, ready to send to you, so it lands in your chats too.
When a new order comes in, the open app chimes and every phone with alerts turned on gets a notification. Going on holiday? Pause orders and bookings until you're back.
How it works

Questions
What is an order form, and why replace it?
An order form collects what a customer wants, when and where. A Google Form or a PDF does that, but it can't check stock, add up the total with delivery and promo codes, close a full time slot or take payment. An online ordering system does all of that and puts the order straight into your orders list.
What is an online food ordering system?
It's a page where customers order food from you directly: they see your menu with prices, add dishes to a cart, choose collection or delivery and a time, and pay. With AQUORIA O.N.E it runs on your own shop link, so there's no marketplace between you and your customer and no commission on each order.
Can customers order without downloading an app?
Yes. Your shop link opens in any phone's web browser. Customers don't need to create an account first: they confirm their order with their phone number and a 6-digit code. Returning customers sign in the same way to see past orders, order again and track what's on its way.
Can I limit how many orders I take for each collection time?
Yes. Set the times customers can pick from, such as 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00, and how many orders each time can take per day. When a time fills up it shows as full and customers choose another. Leave the times empty if you only want customers to pick a day.
Can I take orders on my existing website?
Yes. Under On your website, copy an order button, a floating button or your whole catalogue, and paste it into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify. Customers order and pay on your shop link, and orders that came from your website show as Website in Analytics.
Is online ordering on the Essential plan?
Yes. The shop link, cart, collection and delivery, time slots, PayNow QR and online payments through your own account are all on Essential at S$29 a month, after a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Business, at S$149 a month, adds staff logins, more locations, and drivers with routes.
