There's nothing to set up. Reports read the orders, payments, bookings and deliveries you already record, counted in your shop's own days, and every chart can turn into a table or a CSV. Reports are on both plans, and staff only see them if you give them the Reports permission.
Today: the morning dashboard
Today is the first screen you open. It shows sales and orders this week against last week, new customers, and what's ready for customers to collect, with quick charts of revenue by day, by service and by channel. Below are the lists that need action: received today, due today and tomorrow, late orders, ready for collection, unpaid balances, and anything left uncollected too long.
It also shows the last 30 days at a glance (your top seller, busiest day and returning customers), this month's sales goal with roughly how much a day gets you there, today's appointments, deposits still to come in, and low stock where you track it.
Revenue by day, by service and by channel
Analytics compares any period with the one before it: the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month or last month. Revenue, orders, average order, new customers and repeat customers each show their change against the previous period, so a 12% dip is visible the week it happens, not the quarter after.
- Revenue by day: spot the slow Tuesday and the Friday rush
- Revenue by service: which items and services bring the money in
- By channel: the counter, your customer app and other sources, with orders and new customers from each
- Payments by method: cash, PayNow, card, bank transfer and credit
- Top customers for the period
- Owed to you: everything still unpaid
Bookings, turnaround and deliveries
For appointment businesses, analytics counts bookings, no-shows and your busiest time, so you can see when to add a staff member or open more slots. The no-show figure is the share of past appointments where the customer didn't turn up, which tells you whether asking for deposits is worth it. For orders with a due time, it shows how many were ready on time and the average turnaround. If you deliver, it counts pickups and deliveries done and stops that failed.
What each number means
Revenue in analytics is orders taken in the period, paid or not; money actually received is on Finance. Cancelled orders are left out of both.
- Average order: revenue divided by orders, the quickest check on whether add-ons and upselling work
- New customers: people whose first ever order fell in the period
- Repeat customers: the share of the period's customers who had ordered before
- Ready on time: orders ready by their due time, for anyone who promises a collection time
- Average turnaround: how long orders took from being received to being ready
Every chart becomes a table or a CSV
Tap Show as table to see the numbers behind a chart, or Download CSV on revenue by day, by service or by channel to open it in Excel or Google Sheets. For everything else there are exports of sales for any dates, expenses, the invoice list and your customer list. The customer list includes phone numbers, so keep it safe and only send promotions to people who said yes.
Money, profit and tax in the same place
Sales are only half the picture. Finance shows money in and out by week or month, a cash-up for each day's takings, money owed by age with reminders, and GST figures by quarter. Expenses shows profit and margin for the month and the last six months.
Reports also show what you hold for customers: points held and prepaid credit held, which is worth knowing before a big promotion. On Business, accounting adds gross profit after the cost of items sold, a simple balance sheet and a year-end spreadsheet for your accountant.
Who sees the numbers
Reports are yours by default. On Business, give a manager or your accounts person the Reports permission without opening payroll, settings or billing to them. A supervisor can watch revenue by day while only you see what everyone is paid. On Essential it's just you, so the numbers stay yours.
Reports that fit your trade
- A café checks revenue by day to plan staff for the weekend
- A salon watches no-shows and its busiest time before adding a stylist
- A wholesaler keeps an eye on what's owed and who its top customers are
- A home baker sees which cakes sell before planning next month's menu
- A tuition centre compares this term's new students with last term's
- A courier checks failed stops week by week to see which drops need a call before the driver sets off
How it works
- 1Take orders, bookings and payments as usual: reports fill in from them.
- 2Open Today each morning for the week so far and what needs doing.
- 3Use Analytics to compare a period with the one before, by day, service and channel.
- 4Download a CSV or a sales export when you need the numbers somewhere else.

Questions
What should a sales report include?
At minimum: revenue for the period against the period before, the number of orders and the average order, revenue by day and by item or service, payments by method, and what's still unpaid. AQUORIA O.N.E shows all of these, plus new and repeat customers, revenue by channel and your top customers.
What's the difference between reports and dashboards?
A dashboard is the quick picture you glance at; a report is the detail you dig into. In AQUORIA O.N.E, Today is the dashboard: this week's sales against last week and what needs doing now. Analytics is the report: any period against the one before, by day, service, channel and payment method.
Is there a daily sales report?
Yes. Today shows this week's sales and orders against last week, and Analytics breaks revenue down day by day for any period. For each day's takings, Finance has a cash-up: the opening float plus that day's cash payments, compared with the cash you counted, with any difference saved.
Can I export reports to Excel?
Yes. Revenue by day, by service and by channel each download as CSV files, which open in Excel or Google Sheets. You can also download sales for any dates, expenses, invoices and your customer list. On Business, the year-end pack is a ready-made spreadsheet for your accountant.
Can I see which marketing channel brings customers?
Revenue by channel shows orders, revenue and new customers from the counter, your customer app and other sources. Give a promo code a channel tag and its sales are counted under that channel. Each marketing campaign also shows the orders, money and returning customers it brought in.
Do I have to pay extra for reports?
No. Reports and the Today dashboard come with both plans. Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month on Essential or S$149 a month on Business, with no add-ons. Business adds accounting reports such as gross profit, a simple balance sheet and the year-end pack.
