Pet care software for Singapore groomers, sitters, boarding and trainers

Every pet booking comes with questions. How big is the dog? Is it a double coat? Does the cat hate the dryer? Owners message to ask for Saturday, then again to check you remembered the anxious one needs a quiet corner. AQUORIA O.N.E is pet care software for Singapore groomers, sitters, dog walkers, boarding homes, trainers and pet treat makers. Owners book from your own link and tell you the pet's name, breed and size as they book, and every note about their pets stays on their record.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

Grooms are booked by length so a full groom on a large dog never lands in a 30-minute gap. Walks and sitting visits happen at the owner's home with travel time kept free. Boarding is charged by the night, and treats and pet birthday cakes sell from the same link. When you take on groomers or handlers, Business gives them their own accounts and payslips.

Grooming booked by the size of the pet

Make a service for each size and job: a bath and brush for a small dog in 60 minutes at S$45, a full groom for a medium dog in 2 hours at S$85, cat grooming in 90 minutes at S$70, a nail trim in 15 minutes at S$12. Owners see only the free times that fit, and the booking page asks for the pet's name, breed and size, so you know who's coming.

Add extras such as de-shedding or teeth cleaning as options with their own price. Keep a gap after each groom to clean the table, ask for a deposit on long grooms, and send a reminder the day before. Regulars who come back every few weeks are booked again in one tap from their record.

  • Services by size and length, with add-ons priced as options
  • The pet's name, breed and size asked at booking
  • A gap after each appointment and a deposit where you need one
  • Reminders, and owners moving their own booking up to your notice time

Sitting and dog walking at the owner's home

Dog walks and sitting visits happen at the owner's place, so set appointments to happen at the customer's home and every booking comes with the address. A 30-minute walk at S$20 or a 45-minute sitting visit at S$30 is booked with travel time kept free before and after, so a walk in Bishan and a visit in Toa Payoh fit the same morning.

Weekday walks can be booked every week for the whole month in one go, and any week that's already full is skipped and shown to you. Notes only your team sees keep the gate code, feeding routine and which dog pulls on the lead.

Boarding and day care by the night

Price boarding per night, such as S$45 for a dog and S$30 for a cat, and day care at S$35 a day. When an owner drops off, add the number of nights to the order and set the day and time they'll collect, so the orders list shows who's going home today. Take part payment at drop-off and the balance on collection, by PayNow QR, card or cash. The order can't be handed over while a balance is owing. There's no kennel or room plan, so keep your own count of how many pets you can take.

Training sessions at your place or theirs

Puppy training at your venue at S$80 an hour, or training at the owner's home at S$100 with travel time kept free. A full obedience course can be priced as you agree once you've met the dog. Book the same weekly session for six weeks in one go, and keep notes on progress for the next session.

Treats, food and pet birthday cakes

Sell dog and cat treats from the same link as your services, with flavours as options and stock that counts down as orders come in. A pet birthday cake can need 2 days' notice, and owners pick collection or delivery with a delivery window. Sell at a pet fair from the counter screen on your phone and the stock stays the same everywhere.

Bring owners back

A stamp card, such as the tenth groom free, or points on every visit rewards regulars. After each groom or stay, owners are asked how it went, and happy ones are pointed to your Google reviews. Make posters with your own photos of happy pets, ready to download and post yourself on your Facebook Page and Instagram, and get an offer ready for owners you haven't seen in a while who agreed to hear from you.

Groomers and handlers on Business

On Business, each groomer or handler has their own account, working hours and the services they do, so owners can book a favourite groomer or anyone free. Staff clock in on their phones and apply for leave, and payroll works out CPF for you. Business also covers up to 3 locations, such as a grooming salon and a boarding home.

Questions

Is there pet grooming booking software that asks for the breed and size?

Yes. For pet businesses, AQUORIA O.N.E's booking page asks for the pet's name, breed and size, and the answer arrives with the booking. Make a service per size, such as a full groom for small, medium and large dogs, each with its own length and price, so a big double-coated dog gets the time it needs.

Can I take dog walking bookings at the owner's home?

Yes. Set appointments to happen at the customer's place and owners give their address when they book. You choose how much travel time to keep before and after each visit. Weekday walks can be booked every week in one go, and owners get a reminder before each one.

How do I charge pet boarding per night?

Price boarding per night as an item, then add the number of nights to the owner's order and set the day and time they'll collect. The orders list shows who's due home each day, and you take part payment at drop-off and the rest on collection, by PayNow QR, card or cash.

Can I keep notes on each pet?

Yes. Each owner's record has private notes only your team sees, where you keep each pet's temperament, feeding routine, allergies and anything to watch for, plus the history of every visit. On Business you can add your own fields to customer records, such as each pet's name and breed, so they're on every owner's record.

Do I need the Business plan for my grooming salon?

Not if you groom alone. Essential at S$29 a month covers your own account, one location and unlimited bookings, with deposits, reminders and loyalty. Business at S$149 a month adds groomers' accounts and hours, clock-in, leave, payroll with CPF and up to 3 locations. You can try either one free for 14 days without a card.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
