An AI help desk that knows your shop's setup

Setting up a new business app usually means a help centre full of articles that don't quite match your question, and a support email that answers two days later. AQUORIA O.N.E has Ask AQUORIA instead: an AI help desk under Help that answers questions about using the app straight away, at any hour, in your language.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

It isn't a generic chatbot. Before it answers, it looks at the help pages, a map of the app's screens and your own shop's setup, read-only: your plan and trial, the setup steps still to do, which message channels and payment accounts are connected and their last error, and messages that failed lately. Then it tells you what's wrong, how to fix it, and links you to the right screen. When a question needs a person, someone from AQUORIA takes over in the same chat.

What you can ask

Ask the way you'd ask a colleague. A few questions owners type in their first weeks:

  • "Where do I change my opening hours?" Answered with the steps and a link to the screen
  • "Why aren't customers getting my booking reminders?" Checked against your connected channels and messages that failed lately
  • "How do I let customers pay by PayNow?" Walked through the payment settings, with a link to Settings
  • "How do I bring my customer list over from my old system?" Pointed to the customer import and the spreadsheet it expects
  • "What's still left to set up before I share my shop link?" Answered from your own setup steps
  • "I want to talk to someone." Passed straight to a person from AQUORIA

It sees your setup, so answers fit your shop

Generic help articles can't tell that your email mailbox stopped sending because its app password was changed, or that your trial ends on Friday. Ask AQUORIA can, because it reads your shop's current status before it replies. It uses that to find the cause: a message channel that's disconnected, a payment account with an error, setup steps not done, or a trial that has ended.

If you've seen an error with a reference number, paste the reference into the chat and it's looked up for you. It also knows about problems the AQUORIA team has already spotted on the platform, so if something isn't working for everyone, it says so rather than sending you round in circles.

Its answers are short steps in plain words, and every screen it mentions is a link you can tap to go straight there.

It reads, but never changes anything

Ask AQUORIA can look, but it can't touch. It won't change your settings, issue refunds, change your plan, delete data, move records or switch features on for you. It explains how you do it yourself, so you always know what changed and why.

It's told never to invent features, prices, fixes or promises. If the answer isn't in the help pages, the screens or your shop's status, it doesn't guess: it says a person from AQUORIA will reply.

A person takes over when it should

Some questions need a human. These go to the AQUORIA team, who answer in the same chat:

  • Billing, charges, refunds or a payment you don't recognise
  • Something in the app that looks broken, or an error that isn't explained
  • Fixing or recovering data
  • Privacy and data protection requests
  • Sign-in, security or who owns the account
  • Anything it isn't sure of, or any time you ask for a person

How the hand-over works

When a chat goes to a person, the desk tells you so, and a person from AQUORIA replies in that chat, usually within one working day. You get an email when they've answered, with a link back to the chat. From then on the AI stays out of that conversation, so you're talking to one person, not two.

When you've finished, start a new question and the next chat begins fresh. Each shop can send up to 40 questions a day; past that, a person picks up from there.

Who can use it, and your privacy

Ask AQUORIA is for the shop's owners, on both plans and during the free trial. Staff logins don't see it, because it can look at your shop's setup, plan and payments.

Your questions and your shop's setup are used to answer you, by AQUORIA and its AI provider, Anthropic. Never type card numbers or passwords into the chat; nobody at AQUORIA will ever ask for them. It never shares other shops' information.

Where AI isn't used

AI in AQUORIA O.N.E is only used where it helps with your own setup. It doesn't write your marketing posts, edit your photos or make up product descriptions. Posters and campaign wording come from templates filled in with your real items and prices, so nothing goes out that isn't true.

How it works

  1. 1Open Help in the app and tap Ask AQUORIA.
  2. 2Type your question in your own words, or paste an error reference.
  3. 3Follow the steps and tap the link to the right screen.
  4. 4If it needs a person, wait for the reply in the same chat; you'll get an email when it comes.
  5. 5Start a new question when you're done.

Questions

What is an AI help desk?

It's a chat that answers questions about a product straight away, using AI, instead of making you search articles or wait for an email. Ask AQUORIA answers from the AQUORIA O.N.E help pages, a map of the app's screens and your own shop's setup, and passes anything it can't answer properly to a person from AQUORIA in the same chat.

Is the help desk free?

Yes, it's included for owners on both plans, with no charge per question. Try AQUORIA O.N.E free for 14 days with no card needed, then S$29 a month on Essential or S$149 a month on Business. Each shop can ask up to 40 questions a day, and a person from AQUORIA picks up after that.

Can it fix things in my account?

No, on purpose. It can see your shop's setup, but it can't change settings, give refunds, change your plan or edit records. It tells you the steps and links you to the screen so you do it yourself. Billing, data fixes and anything that looks broken go to a person from AQUORIA.

How fast does a person reply?

The AI answers straight away. When a question goes to a person, they reply in the same chat, usually within one working day, and you get an email when they have. Once a person has taken over, the AI stays out of that chat so the answers don't cross.

What languages does it answer in?

It replies in your language, the one you use the app in, so you can ask in the words you'd normally use. Its answers are short steps in plain words, with links to the screens it mentions, rather than long articles.

Is my shop's data safe when I use it?

It only reads what helps answer you: your plan and trial, setup steps, which channels and payment accounts are connected, and recent failed messages. Your questions and that status are used by AQUORIA and its AI provider, Anthropic, to answer you. It never shares other shops' information, and you should never type passwords or card numbers into the chat.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
