AQUORIA O.N.E keeps the job and the invoice together. The Writing & translation setup starts you with translation at S$30 a page due in 3 days, resume writing at S$120 due in 5 days, and proofreading priced on quote.
Per page, per piece or on quote
Price each service the way you charge. Translation by the page: 12 pages at S$30 is S$360, and the due date fills itself in three days out. Resume writing as a fixed fee. Proofreading on quote, where you type the price once you've seen the document. Add certified translations, subtitles or copywriting as services of their own.
Documents in your client's language
Each client can have their own language, and their A4 invoice follows it. AQUORIA O.N.E comes in 14 languages, including English, Chinese, Malay, Tamil, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese. Give each service its name in English, Malay and Chinese, and clients reading those languages see their own. Your own screens stay in the language you picked.
Invoices with the job attached
Open A4 invoice on a job and it's numbered, dated and addressed to the client, with the pay-by date from your terms and a PayNow QR for the exact amount. Agencies that send you work every week can go on a business account, so the month's jobs arrive on one statement with their PO number.
- Draft invoices stay unnumbered until you issue them
- Credit notes when a client cancels part of a job
- Unpaid and Overdue filters on the Invoices page
- A CSV of every invoice for tax time
Languages you don't cover yourself
A client wants Japanese and Korean versions too. On Business, send each part to a freelance translator as a subcontract, with the source files, a due date and the agreed fee. They open it by private link, never see your client's details or your price, and return the translation with their invoice. What they charge goes into Bills to pay, and the job shows what you keep.
Your link does the first sell
Clients see your services and prices on your link. Add a short call as a service, and they get a Book a call button for anything that needs a chat first. After a job, clients can rate you, and happy ones are asked to review you on Google too. When a job is ready, Send to customer opens WhatsApp or email on your phone with the job and its pay link already written.

Questions
What must an invoice in Singapore show?
Generally your business name, an invoice number, the date, the client, a description of the work and the amount due. A GST-registered business issues a tax invoice, which also shows its GST registration number and the GST charged; IRAS lists the full rules. AQUORIA O.N.E fills these in from the job and numbers each invoice for you.
Is there a free invoice generator?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days, with no card needed, then S$29 a month on Essential. Unlike a one-off generator, it saves every client, job and invoice, numbers them in order, tracks what's been paid and adds a PayNow QR. Jobs and invoices are unlimited on both plans.
Can I send an invoice in Chinese?
Yes. Set the client's language to Chinese and their A4 invoice comes out in Chinese, with your service names in Chinese if you've added them. The same works for Malay, Tamil and the other languages the app comes in. Your own screens stay in the language you chose, so you never have to work in a language you don't read.
How do clients pay a translation invoice?
By PayNow from the QR on the invoice, by bank transfer to the account you show, or by card from the job's link once you open a payment account. For a large job, take a deposit as a part payment first. The invoice then shows what's been paid and the balance still due.
Can I pass work to other translators?
Yes, on Business. Add each freelancer as a subcontractor with what they do and their usual rate. Send them part of a job by private link with the files they need. They see only that work, not your client or your price, and their invoice goes straight into your bills to pay.
