Legal services software for law practices: consultations, matters and invoices

A practice that handles wills, tenancy disputes and statutory declarations runs on dozens of small matters, each needing a meeting, a fee and a letter by a date. Clients call to book, WhatsApp to ask what a will costs, and pay by transfer weeks later. Kept in a diary and a spreadsheet, something gets missed.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is legal services software for the front office: bookings, matters as jobs, fees, invoices and payments. The Legal services setup starts you with six services priced on quote: a 60-minute consultation, a letter of demand, commissioning a statutory declaration, will drafting, a tenancy agreement review and notarisation.

Clients book consultations themselves

Your link shows your services and a Book a call button. A client picks a time inside your hours for a consultation or a 15-minute statutory declaration, and it lands in the calendar of the lawyer they chose, or anyone free. Ask for a deposit to hold the slot if you like, and set how much notice you need.

Each matter is a job with a fee and a date

After the consultation, open a job: will drafting at S$450 due in 7 days, or a letter of demand at S$600 due in 5. Fees priced on quote take the amount you agreed. Today lists what's due, what's late and the new matters, and each client's page keeps their matters, payments and notes together.

  • Statuses from New to In progress to Delivered
  • Who's doing it on every matter, on Business
  • A4 invoices with your own prefix, and tax invoices if you charge GST
  • Corporate clients on account, with one statement a month

Getting paid without chasing

Every invoice shows the pay-by date from your terms, how to pay, and a PayNow QR for the exact sum. Send to customer opens WhatsApp or email on your phone with the job's link written, and clients can pay by card once you open a payment account. Money owed groups unpaid bills by age, so the ones past 60 days stand out.

What it doesn't do

AQUORIA O.N.E isn't a full legal practice management system. It doesn't run conflict checks, keep client account ledgers, record billable time or store case files. Keep those where they are today, and use AQUORIA O.N.E for booking, billing and running the practice, with staff, leave and payroll with CPF on Business. Before you publish your link, check it against the publicity rules for law practices.

Client details kept to a minimum

Clients' personal details are kept to a name, a phone number and an optional email, with no NRIC numbers stored. Every view, export, change and erasure of a client's record is logged. Your privacy notice starts from a template you edit and confirm, and new clients are shown it before you take their details.

How it works

  1. 1Pick Legal services at sign-up and set your fixed and quoted fees
  2. 2Let clients book consultations from your link, with a deposit if you want
  3. 3Open a job for each matter, then invoice and record payment

Questions

What does legal services include?

It ranges from advice and consultations to drafting wills and contracts, letters of demand, conveyancing, notarisation and commissioning oaths. In AQUORIA O.N.E each of these is a service on your list, at a fixed fee or priced on quote, that clients can see on your link and that becomes a job when you take it on.

Can clients book a legal consultation online?

Yes. Clients open your link, choose the consultation and a free time, and confirm with their phone number. You can ask for a deposit, keep a gap after each meeting, and let clients pick a lawyer or anyone available. Bookings show on your calendar, and a finished consultation becomes the client's first job.

Does this legal services software track billable hours?

No. AQUORIA O.N.E bills by fixed fee, by a fee agreed on quote, or by booked hours for hourly services. It doesn't run timers or time entries per matter. A practice that bills most work by time can still use it for consultations, fixed-fee work and payments, and keep its time records elsewhere.

Can I take a deposit before a consultation?

Yes. Set a deposit on the consultation, such as S$100, and the booking waits until it's paid by PayNow or card. If the client cancels late or doesn't come, choose whether to keep it as a cancellation fee or refund it. A paid deposit counts towards the final bill.

Is a law practice on Essential or Business?

Either. A sole practitioner can run on Essential at S$29 a month with one login. A practice with lawyers and staff needs Business at S$149 a month for staff logins with roles, leave, clock-in and payroll with CPF. Each plan begins with 14 days free, no card needed.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
