AQUORIA O.N.E is an invoicing app for freelancers that runs the whole job, from the first call to the paid invoice. Pick Design when you set up and you start with three services ready to edit: logo design priced on quote, a set of 5 social media post designs at S$150, and a free 30-minute consultation call.
Clients book the first call from your link
Your link has a Book a call button. A client picks a day and a time within the working hours you set, leaves their name and number, and the call appears on your calendar. Leave a 15-minute gap after each call, and ask for a day's notice so nobody books the next hour. The call happens the way you already work: on the phone, or over coffee at their office.
Every brief becomes a job with a price and a due date
After the call, turn the brief into a job: the client, what they're getting, the price you agreed and the day it's due. A rebrand for a Joo Chiat café could be one job with three lines: a logo at S$1,200, a menu layout at S$450 and five launch posts at S$150. Today shows what's due today and tomorrow, and anything running late.
- Jobs move from New to In progress to Delivered
- Services priced on quote take the price you agree on each job
- Notes on each line for colours, sizes and file formats
- Each client's page shows their past jobs and anything they still owe
Invoices that get paid
Open A4 invoice on a job and it gets its own number, starting with your prefix (TS-0001, TS-0002 and so on). It shows the pay-by date from your payment terms, how to pay you, and a PayNow QR code for the exact amount. Took 50% upfront? Record it as a part payment and the invoice shows the balance due. Once you open a payment account, clients can also pay by card from the job's link.
The Invoices page lists everything you've issued. Filter by Unpaid or Overdue, search by client, and download the list as a CSV when your accountant asks.
Agency work, and the illustrator you bring in
Agencies and in-house marketing teams often want one bill a month. Give them a business account with their own prices, 30-day payment terms and a PO number if their finance team needs one. Every job you deliver that month lands on one statement showing what was owed, charged, paid and still due.
When a job needs an illustrator or a motion designer, send them that part with a brief, a due date and the agreed fee (on Business). They open it by private link, accept it and mark it done with their files. They never see your client or your price. Their fee becomes a bill to pay, and the job shows your margin.
When the studio grows
Essential is just you. Business adds staff logins with roles, a Who's doing it field on each job, a leads list for the pitches you're chasing, and payroll with CPF worked out when you hire your first junior designer.

Questions
Is there an invoicing app for freelancers in Singapore?
Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E gives freelancers numbered A4 invoices with your own prefix, payment terms, a pay-by date and a PayNow QR for the exact amount. If you're GST-registered, it prints a tax invoice with your GST number. It also keeps the jobs and client list behind each invoice, so you aren't copying details between apps.
Can clients book a design consultation from my website?
Yes. Your link has a Book a call page, and you can put that link on your website, Instagram bio or email signature. Clients choose a free time inside your working hours. Make the first call free, or offer a paid strategy session and ask for a deposit to hold the slot.
What's the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
An invoice asks to be paid: it shows what you did, the amount and when it's due. A receipt confirms money you've received. In AQUORIA O.N.E a job has both. Open the A4 invoice before the client pays; once they've paid, the same invoice shows Paid in full and their receipt is ready.
How do I set up a payment link for clients?
Every job already has its own link. The Send to customer button opens WhatsApp or email on your phone with the message written. The client sees the job and pays by PayNow, bank transfer or, once you open a payment account, by card. If they pay by transfer and tap I've paid, you check their screenshot before confirming.
Do I need the Business plan as a freelance designer?
Not on your own. Essential at S$29 a month covers bookings, jobs, clients, invoices, statements and online payments for one login. Move to Business at S$149 a month when you hire, want to send work to subcontractors, track leads or run payroll. Both start with a 14-day free trial and no card.
