AQUORIA O.N.E keeps every jar in one place. Your link shows what's in stock, customers order and pay, parcels and deliveries go out from the order, and cafés can buy on account at their own prices.
When jars go missing from the count
Batch cooking makes stock tricky. Jars sell at a market, by chat and through a café, and nobody adds them up until you're down to three. Gift sets use jars you thought were spare. A café pays monthly, but you've lost track of which deliveries belong to which month. And posting jars means typing addresses into yet another site.
- Selling jars you've already promised
- Gift sets eating into single-jar stock
- Cafés and shops owing for old deliveries
- Shipping labels done by hand
Jars, heat levels and gift sets
The Sauces, jams & preserves starter adds a 250 g sambal jar at S$12, a 200 g fruit jam at S$10 and a gift set of 3 jars at S$32, each with stock counted. Add a Heat option with Mild, Hot and Extra hot, and count stock for each choice, so Extra hot can sell out on its own.
Every sale, online or at the counter, takes stock off. You're warned when a jar runs low, and at zero it shows sold out on your link. On Business, recipes go a step further: a jar of sambal can use up chilli, shallots and an empty jar from your ingredients and supplies, so you know what to buy before the next batch.
Bazaars, parcels and same-day delivery
At a bazaar or pop-up, the counter screen on your phone takes the sale: tap the jars, show the PayNow QR with the amount, done. Walk-in sales need no name or number.
For orders sent out, connect your own parcel account to compare courier prices on the order, buy the label and print the waybill; the tracking link shows on the customer's order page. For same-day, book a courier from the order with your own courier account. Or charge your own delivery fee, with free delivery above an amount you choose.
Cafés and shops that buy on account
Turn on a business account for a café or a shop that stocks your jars. Give it its own prices, such as S$8.50 a jar by the carton, payment terms of 30 days, a credit limit, and a PO number if they need one. Their orders go out now and are paid later, and Statements shows each one's monthly statement to print or email. On Business, each delivery can have its own delivery order with their PO number.
How it works
- 1Pick Sauces, jams & preserves and type how many jars of each you've made.
- 2Connect PayNow, your parcel account and any café accounts with their own prices.
- 3Sell online, at the bazaar counter or on account; stock updates with every jar.

Questions
How do I sell homemade sambal online in Singapore?
Set up your jars with photos, sizes and stock, add PayNow or an online payment account, and share your link on Instagram, TikTok or your bazaar flyers. Customers order, choose collection, delivery or a parcel, and pay. Check SFA's current rules for home-based food and labelling first: the app handles orders and payments, not licences.
What is stock management, and do I need it for jars?
Stock management means knowing how many of each thing you have, what has sold and when to make more. For a sauce maker, it stops you selling jars you don't have. In AQUORIA O.N.E, Count stock on each jar does this on Essential; stock per location, stock history, recipes and stock value come with Business.
Can I post jars to customers island-wide?
Yes. Connect your own parcel-booking account in Settings under Parcel shipping. On a delivery order, enter the weight, compare prices from several couriers, buy the label and print the waybill on A4. The tracking link shows on the customer's order page, and the label is paid from your parcel account, not through AQUORIA.
Can cafés buy from me on credit terms?
Yes. Make the café a business account with its own prices, payment terms, a credit limit and a PO number if needed. Its orders can go out before they're paid and are gathered on a monthly statement you can print or email. Money owed shows what each one owes, grouped by how long it has been outstanding.
What does it cost to run a sauce business on AQUORIA O.N.E?
Nothing for the first 14 days, and no card is needed to start. Then Essential is S$29 a month for a one-person kitchen, or Business is S$149 a month for staff, recipes, stock per location and delivery orders. Parcel labels and card payments are paid to those providers directly, and AQUORIA takes no cut of your sales.
