Cookie business in Singapore? Sell every jar, never one too many

A cookie business in Singapore follows the festive calendar. Hari Raya brings kuih raya orders, Chinese New Year brings love letters and almond cookies, Christmas brings gift jars, and every season someone asks for 40 jars at eleven at night. Orders arrive by DM, payments by PayNow, and the counting happens in your head.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E puts your jars, boxes and festive sets on one shop link with real stock counts. Customers see what's left, order and pay, and you see exactly how many jars to bake and pack each day.

Why cookie orders get messy in festive season

Cookies keep, so people order early and in bulk, and that's where it slips. You promise 60 jars of almond cookies with butter for 45. One customer orders three times under different names. An office wants 25 sets delivered on Friday, while someone else wants a single jar sent to Woodlands. Paper and chat threads cope with ten orders. They don't cope with two hundred.

  • Overselling a flavour you've stopped baking
  • Not knowing which orders are paid
  • Collection and delivery orders mixed up
  • The same price list typed into every chat

Stock for every jar and every flavour

The Cookies & snacks starter gives you an assorted cookie jar at S$18, chocolate chip cookies at S$15 for a box of 12, and a festive cookie set at S$45 that needs 3 days' notice. Turn on Count stock and type what you'll bake this week, say 20 jars and 20 boxes.

Selling one jar in several flavours? Add a Flavour option and count stock for each choice, so cornflake can sell out while almond keeps going. At zero it shows sold out on your link, and you get a warning before that. Bake another batch, add the number, and it's back on sale.

Members first, then everyone

Your regulars would order first if you let them. On a festive set, choose the day everyone can order, and members can order before then. Members are customers in a VIP tier, or anyone who has ordered from you before if you don't use tiers. Add a member price on a jar, or a promo code with a minimum spend for the last week of the season.

The poster maker builds a poster from your catalogue photos and prices, with a QR code to your shop, ready to download and post on your own Facebook Page and Instagram.

Collection, delivery and office orders

Set a delivery fee, such as S$8, with free delivery from S$80, and a minimum order if you want one. Customers pick a day and a time, and you cap each time so Saturday doesn't overflow. Offices can have a business account with their own prices, a credit limit and a monthly statement, so they pay on terms instead of upfront. The packing list for each day totals every jar, then lists each order with its address or collection time.

How it works

  1. 1Pick Cookies & snacks, then set your jars, flavours and how many of each you'll bake.
  2. 2Add delivery fees, collection times and your PayNow details, and share your link.
  3. 3Pack from the daily list; sold-out jars close themselves on your shop.

Questions

How do I start a home food business in Singapore?

Pick a small range you can make the same way every time, cost each jar, and read the current rules for home-based food businesses from SFA and HDB or your condo. Then add your items, prices and stock to AQUORIA O.N.E, put in your PayNow details and share your link. The app runs orders and payments; you stay responsible for licences, labels and food safety.

What is an online order form for a cookie business?

It's a page where customers choose what they want, how many and when, instead of typing it into a chat. Your AQUORIA O.N.E link works this way: each jar, box and set with its price, flavours, stock left and notice days. Customers fill a cart, place the order and see how to pay on the next page.

How do customers pay me with a PayNow QR code?

Add your UEN or PayNow mobile number in Settings and the app makes a QR for each order, with the exact amount and the order number as the reference. The customer scans it in their banking app, pays, and taps I've paid, adding a screenshot if they like. You confirm once the money is in, so nothing shows as paid until it is.

Can my shop stop taking orders when a flavour runs out?

Yes. With Count stock on, every sale takes one off, and the jar or flavour shows sold out at zero, so nobody can order it. You're warned when it runs low and can add a fresh batch at any time. If an order is cancelled, its jars go back into stock, ready to sell again.

How much is an online ordering system in Singapore?

With AQUORIA O.N.E it's S$29 a month on Essential after a 14-day free trial, with no card needed and no limit on orders. Business, at S$149 a month, adds staff logins, stock per location, recipes and more. There's no charge per order and no cut of your sales; card payments carry only your payment provider's fee.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
