Festive pre-orders without a spreadsheet
Set how many days ahead each hamper must be ordered, list your delivery times, and cap how many orders each time can take per day. When the Saturday morning slot before CNY fills up, it shows as full and customers pick another. Members can order a new festive range before everyone else, so your regulars get first pick of the limited ones.

Corporate orders on account
Keep Corporate hampers on quote so companies ask on WhatsApp first. Once agreed, the order carries the price and the details, and the client gets an A4 invoice with its own number, a pay-by date and a PayNow QR for the exact amount. Regular clients can be business accounts with their own prices, a credit limit and 30-day terms, with a monthly statement. On Business, their PO number prints on the invoice and delivery order.
Packing day
The packing list for each day shows every order due, with the total of each hamper to pack across all of them. On Business, count what goes into the hampers, such as cookie tins, mandarin oranges and ribbon, and set what each hamper uses, so every sale takes them off your stock and you know what to buy before the rush.
Delivery with proof
Set your delivery fee and an amount above which delivery is free. The driver screen opens Google Maps or Waze, sends the customer an On my way message by your own SMS or email once you connect it, and takes a photo or signature as proof of delivery. Out-of-town gifts can go by parcel through your own parcel booking account, with the tracking link sent to the customer.
Marketing each festival
Start a campaign from the next festival, a few weeks ahead, and get posters with your hamper photos, prices and order QR, plus a promo code that ends on your cut-off. Each campaign shows the orders and money it brought in. Business (S$149 a month) adds packer and driver logins, stock counts and purchase orders.

Can I take corporate gift hamper orders with invoices?

Can I offer same-day hamper delivery in Singapore?
