Pick Market & bazaar stall at sign-up and you start with a top seller at S$10 (30 in stock), a Bundle of 3 at S$25 and a Pre-order pack at S$12 that's ordered 2 days ahead.
Fast sales on your phone
Tap the items, choose walk-in for a quick sale with no name or number, and take payment. For PayNow, the screen shows a QR for the exact amount with the order number as the reference, so you can match the money later. Card online works once you open a payment account, and cash is a tap. Create, take payment and hand over is one step.
- It runs in the browser on Android, iPhone, iPad or a laptop.
- Stock counts down with every sale, so you see what's left before the night ends.
- Bundles go on as their own item, such as 3 for S$25.
Pre-orders to collect at the stall
Regulars don't want to queue for the item that sells out by 8pm. Let them pre-order from your link for collection on a date and at a time window you set, such as 6pm–8pm on Saturday, and cap how many each window takes. They pay ahead, and you hand over from the list.
- Each pre-order item carries its own order-ahead days, such as 2 days for a Pre-order pack.
- A window that's full shows as full, so you never promise more than you can bring.
- The packing list for the day totals what to prepare across all pre-orders.
Takings by the end of the night
Analytics shows revenue by day, by item and by payment method, so you know the PayNow and cash split before you count the float. Record stall rental, transport and stock as expenses, and see the profit per bazaar season rather than a guess.
A month-long Ramadan bazaar with a S$3,500 stall fee looks very different once every night's takings and costs sit side by side, and the sales list downloads as a CSV for your accountant.
After the bazaar
Put a poster with your order QR on the stall: buyers who scan see your prices, and can order again after the season ends. Every buyer who signs in lands on your customer list, and festive greetings can go to those who agreed to promotions, by your own SMS or email once you connect it. When you bring helpers, Business (S$149 a month) gives each their own login and up to 3 locations for stalls running at the same time.

Questions
What is a POS system app?
A POS (point of sale) system app turns a phone, tablet or computer into a till: you pick the items, take payment and keep a record of every sale. In AQUORIA O.N.E it also counts your stock, takes pre-orders on your shop link and shows takings by payment method.
How do I get a POS machine for a market stall?
You don't need one. AQUORIA O.N.E runs on the phone you already have, in the browser. There's no till hardware to buy or rent: PayNow shows as a QR on screen, card is paid online, and cash is recorded with a tap.
How do I accept PayNow QR at my stall?
Add your PayNow UEN or mobile number in settings. For each sale, the screen shows a PayNow QR for the exact amount, with the order number as the reference. The buyer scans it with their banking app, and the money goes straight to your account, never through AQUORIA.
Does the POS system app work on Android and iPad?
Yes. It's a web app, so it runs in the browser on Android phones, iPhones, iPads and computers, with nothing to install. You need a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection at the stall. Your helpers can use their own phones with their own logins on Business.
How much does a POS system cost in Singapore?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed, then S$29 a month on Essential with unlimited sales, or S$149 a month on Business with staff logins and up to 3 locations. There's no hardware to buy and no cut of your sales.
