Printing shop software for print and signage businesses

A print and signage shop takes orders three ways. Walk-ins want 100 name cards by Thursday. Corporate clients email for 20 roll-up banners and a PO. A restaurant wants a lightbox sign that needs a site visit, a price and an install crew. Each order has its own price, deadline and delivery, and paper and vinyl run out at the worst time.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is printing shop software that handles all three. The Printing & signage setup starts you with name cards at S$30 a box of 100, vinyl banners at S$45 ordered two days ahead, and signage priced on quote over 7 days, with online orders and delivery switched on.

Online orders for standard print

Customers order from your link like a shop: choose the item, the options you set (matt or gloss, 300 or 350 gsm, 2 m or 3 m wide) and how many, then pay by card or PayNow. Order-ahead days push the ready date out for items that take longer. Customers choose to collect, or have it delivered for a fee you set.

A counter for walk-ins

Any phone, tablet or computer becomes the counter screen. Ring up 50 colour copies and a lamination, take cash or PayNow, and hand over. No special hardware is needed, and walk-in sales sit in the same reports as online orders.

Signage jobs from site visit to install

Add a site survey as a bookable service, and customers book it at their address from your link. Back at the shop, the sign becomes a job priced on quote: S$2,400 for a shopfront lightbox, due in 7 days and, on Business, given to the person doing it. Record a 50% deposit as a part payment; the A4 invoice shows the balance at handover. On Business, send the install to a subcontractor crew, and their fee becomes a bill against your margin.

Paper, vinyl and ink that don't run out

On Business, count supplies you use but don't sell, like 350 gsm card, banner vinyl and ink. Recipes say what each item uses up: a box of 100 name cards uses 5 sheets of SRA3 card, so every order takes stock down by itself. Low stock shows on Today, purchase orders go to your paper merchant, and goods received update stock and expenses.

Corporate accounts and delivery

Put corporate clients on a business account with their own prices, credit limit and PO number, and send one statement a month. On Business, add drivers with their own logins, plan the day's delivery route, send a delivery order with the goods, and keep the driver's photo as proof of delivery.

  • Numbered A4 invoices, and tax invoices if you charge GST
  • Options with their own prices on any item
  • Revenue by service and by channel in reports
  • Money owed by age for corporate accounts

Questions

What is printing shop management software?

It runs a print shop's orders from the moment they come in to delivery: what was ordered, when it's due, what it costs, and the stock it uses. AQUORIA O.N.E does this with online orders, a counter screen, signage jobs priced on quote, supplies and recipes on Business, and invoices and statements for corporate clients.

Can customers order name cards online and pay first?

Yes. Your link works as an online shop. Customers choose the item and its options, pay by card or PayNow, and pick collection or delivery. Each order arrives with a ready date worked out from your order-ahead days, and it stays on Today until it's handed over.

How do I keep track of paper and ink?

On Business, add paper, vinyl and ink as supplies and set recipes for what each item uses. Every sale takes them down, stock counts correct any difference, and supplies show as running low when they reach the level you set. Purchase orders add the goods back when they arrive.

Can I deliver banners and signs to customers?

Yes. Add a delivery fee to any order. On Essential you deliver yourself using the driver app. On Business, add drivers with their own logins, plan a route for the day's drops and send a delivery order with the goods. Drivers take a photo as proof of delivery.

Is printing shop software expensive?

AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card. Then it's S$29 a month on Essential for one person running online orders, the counter, jobs and invoices, or S$149 a month on Business for staff, supplies and recipes, purchase orders, drivers and subcontractors.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
