IT support software for IT service firms: on-site visits, monthly plans and billing

An IT support business runs on interruptions. A printer stops at a law office in Bugis. A clinic's Wi-Fi drops before Monday morning. A logistics firm wants six new laptops set up by Friday. Each one is a call, a visit, maybe a part, and a bill, and the clients on monthly support expect all of it on one bill.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is IT support software that keeps it together. The IT support setup starts you with IT support at S$80 an hour, a monthly IT support plan at S$300, and computer and network setup priced on quote, with bookings at the client's office switched on.

On-site visits clients can book

Clients book a visit from your link: they pick a time, how many hours they need, and give the office address. Set travel time before and after each visit, so a 2-hour job in Jurong isn't booked straight after one in Changi. Each booking shows who's going, and a client who books the same Tuesday morning every week can have it repeat. Ask for a deposit on longer visits if you like.

Every request is a job

Not every fault is booked. When a client calls, open a new job: the issue in the notes, who's doing it, the price and when it's due. Jobs move from New to In progress to Delivered, and anything past its due date shows as late on Today. It works like a simple ticket list, without turning emails into tickets or running service-level timers.

Monthly plans, plus the hours on top

Clients on a monthly plan go on a business account with their own prices and payment terms. Add the month's plan job at S$300, plus any extra hours or hardware, and it all lands on one statement at month-end. Plans aren't billed automatically; adding the month's job takes a minute from the client's page.

  • Weekly on-site visits that repeat every week or every 2 weeks
  • The plan, extra hours and parts on one monthly statement
  • PO numbers on jobs and invoices for clients who need them
  • Money owed by age, so overdue plans stand out

Parts, suppliers and subcontractors

On Business, count the routers, SSDs and cables you keep, see when they run low, and send purchase orders to your suppliers. Hardware goes on the job next to the labour. Pass cabling or CCTV work to a subcontractor by private link, with a brief, a due date and their fee; it becomes a bill to pay, and the job shows your margin.

Technicians in the field

Staff logins come with Business. Technicians clock in at a client's office, marked as working at customers' sites so their position isn't checked against yours. Their hours fill the timesheet and payroll, with CPF worked out.

  1. 1Pick IT support at sign-up and set your hourly rate and plans

Questions

What is ticketing in IT support?

Ticketing gives every support request a record with a status, an owner and a deadline, so nothing is forgotten. AQUORIA O.N.E does this with jobs: each request has who's doing it, a due date and a status from New to Delivered. It doesn't turn emails into tickets or track service-level timers.

Can clients book an on-site IT visit online?

Yes. Turn on bookings at the client's place, and they choose a time, the hours they need and their office address from your link. Travel time is kept free before and after, and you can ask for a deposit on longer visits. The booking becomes a job when the visit is done.

How do I bill a monthly IT support plan?

Put the client on a business account, then add the plan as a job each month with any extra hours or parts. Everything for that month goes onto one statement with your payment terms, and payments are applied to the oldest jobs first. Plans aren't billed automatically, so the monthly job is a quick routine.

Can technicians clock in at a client's office?

Yes, on Business. Mark a technician as working at customers' sites and their clock-in isn't checked against your office location. Their clock-ins fill the timesheet, and hourly or daily pay can be filled from them when you run payroll, with CPF worked out.

Is there free IT support software?

AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days, with no card needed. Then it's S$29 a month on Essential for one technician, or S$149 a month on Business for staff logins, stock, purchase orders, subcontractors and payroll. Jobs and invoices are unlimited on both plans.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
