AQUORIA O.N.E puts all of that inside an all-in-one business app. Customers order from your shop link with the notice you need, you plan deliveries by day, and every order carries its own payments and invoice.
Orders that respect your notice period
Each item has its own order-ahead days. Tables and chairs at S$60 a set per day need two days' notice; a canopy tent at S$120 a day needs three; a photobooth needs a week and is priced once you know the hours and the print package. The shop link only offers dates that fit, and time slots with a limit stop one Saturday morning from taking more drop-offs than your crew can do.
- Order-ahead days per item
- Delivery time slots, each with a maximum number of orders
- Options with prices, like tent sides or extra chairs
- A minimum order, so a single chair isn't worth a trip
Delivery day, set-up and collection
Every order has its delivery address, its day and its slot, plus your delivery fee. Add the set-up or the collection run as its own line, say S$40 for collecting after 10pm. The day's deliveries show in one list in the driver app, sorted by time and postcode, and on Business your drivers each get their own login. A delivery that couldn't be made goes back to be rebooked rather than getting lost. One thing to know: the app doesn't track which tables or tents are out on which dates or when they come back, so check your own counts before you confirm a big weekend.
Part payments, schools and repeat event companies
Take part payment first and the rest on delivery, recorded against the same order, by PayNow QR, bank transfer, cash or card online. Schools, community clubs and event companies can be business customers with their own prices, who pay later from a monthly statement. Your own terms and conditions, built from a plain-language starting point, are ticked by customers before they pay online.
- Business customers with their own prices and monthly statements
- A4 invoices with your UEN and pay-by date
- Payment reminders with a link to pay
- Reports on your top items, channels and money still owed
How it works
- 1Add tables, chairs, tents and photobooths with prices, photos and notice days.
- 2Set your delivery slots and limits, then share your shop link.
- 3Deliver, collect payment and invoice from the same order.

Questions
Is there a party rental booking app?
AQUORIA O.N.E gives you a shop link that works as a booking app on any phone. Customers see your tables, tents and photobooths with prices, choose a date that fits your notice period and a delivery slot, then pay or leave the balance for delivery. You manage it all in the same app, from the order list to the driver's route.
What should a party rental contract include?
Who's renting, what and how many, the delivery and collection dates, the deposit, and what happens if something comes back damaged or late. In AQUORIA O.N.E your terms and conditions start from a plain-language template that you edit and confirm, and customers tick that they agree before paying online. It isn't legal advice, so check it against your own needs.
How should I set party rental prices?
Start from what each item costs you per hire, including cleaning, storage and the lorry, then price per day with a delivery fee on top. Set a minimum order so small hires still cover the trip. AQUORIA O.N.E reports show what each item brings in and which months are busiest, so you can adjust before the festive season.
Is there free party rental software?
AQUORIA O.N.E has a 14-day free trial with no card needed. After that it's S$29 a month on Essential, or S$149 on Business when you add drivers and staff. Orders are unlimited on both, and the app never takes a cut of your rentals.
What does party rental management software do?
It keeps the rental side and the money side together: what customers ordered, for which day, where it's going, what's been paid and what's still owed. AQUORIA O.N.E adds notice days per item, delivery slots with limits, business customers on account, A4 invoices and reports, and on Business, driver logins. It doesn't keep a hire calendar of which items are out, so you check that yourself.
