AQUORIA O.N.E puts your acts on a booking page with your own hours and prices. A deposit confirms each gig, travel time keeps a gap between a Jurong hotel and a Changi function room, and every gig becomes a job you invoice and get paid for.
Gigs priced by the hour or by the show
An emcee slot at S$200 an hour books in whole hours, so a three-hour dinner shows S$600 before the client confirms. A 45-minute magic show is a fixed S$350 with a S$100 deposit. A lion dance or a band set is booked for three hours and priced once you've agreed the line-up. A booking made online waits for its deposit, and if it isn't paid within two hours the time is released.
- Set a minimum length, so nobody books 30 minutes of a two-hour act
- Book at least so many hours ahead, so a gig can't land tonight
- A gap after each booking for packing down
- Days off and vacation mode while you're on tour
Venues all over the island, with time to get there
Mark your acts as at the customer's place and set the travel time before and after each one. A 7pm wedding at a Sentosa hotel then blocks the hour before it, and a 5pm kids' party in Woodlands can't be squeezed in. The client gives the venue address when booking and can add notes, like the birthday child's name for your opening line.
Company invoices and a troupe on the books
Companies get an A4 invoice with a running number, your payment terms and how to pay. A client who books you every quarter can be a business customer who pays later, with a monthly statement of what's owed. On Business, add the other members of your band or troupe as staff with their own calendars, and pay them through payroll with CPF worked out.
- Business customers on account, with monthly statements
- A payment reminder with a link to pay, by your own SMS or email
- Staff calendars and payroll with CPF, on Business
- Reports on gigs, no-shows and your busiest night
How it works
- 1List each act with its length, price and deposit.
- 2Share your booking page with planners and past clients.
- 3Perform, then invoice and record the balance on the same job.

Questions
How does a booking deposit work?
When a client books a gig that has a deposit, the booking waits for it. They can pay on the next screen by PayNow, or by card once you open a payment account, or you record it when it reaches your bank. Unpaid after two hours, the time is released. If the client cancels later, you decide whether the paid deposit is kept or refunded.
Is a booking fee the same as a deposit?
Not quite. A booking fee is usually charged on top for making the booking, while a deposit is part of the price paid early. AQUORIA O.N.E works with deposits: what's paid comes off the final bill on the same job, and if a client cancels you choose whether to keep it as a cancellation fee.
What is a booking system?
It's a page where clients choose a free time and book it, plus the calendar behind it that stops two people taking the same slot. For an entertainer, AQUORIA O.N.E adds deposits, travel time between venues, a reminder the day before by your own SMS or email, invoices and payment records, all tied to the same booking.
Is there a booking system app for entertainers in Singapore?
AQUORIA O.N.E works in the browser on your phone, with S$ prices, GST, PayNow QR and A4 invoices. It's S$29 a month on Essential for a solo act, or S$149 on Business for a troupe with staff accounts and payroll. Both start with a 14-day free trial and no card needed.
Does an appointment booking system work for gigs?
It does when it understands gigs. In AQUORIA O.N.E an act can book by the hour with your minimum, or as a fixed show with a set length. Travel time is kept before and after venues, a deposit holds the date, and the client's venue address and notes come with the booking, so it reads like a gig sheet rather than a clinic appointment.
