AQUORIA O.N.E is all-in-one business management for event planners, from a solo birthday-party stylist in Punggol to a team running corporate dinners. Consultations, deposits, the event itself and the final invoice sit in one app, and every event keeps one page from the first call to the last payment.
From first call to a held date
Put a free 60-minute planning consultation on your booking page. Couples and parents pick a time inside your working hours, and two people can never take the same slot. After the call, book the event itself: wedding planning with a S$500 deposit, or a birthday party package with S$200. A client who books online pays the deposit on the next screen; if it isn't paid within two hours, the date goes back on your calendar.
- Consultations booked on your shop link, with a reminder the day before by the SMS or email account you connect
- A deposit set on each service, asked for when the client books
- Events priced once the brief is agreed, with the deposit already held
- A paid deposit kept as a cancellation fee or refunded, and recorded either way
One job for each event, with every supplier on it
Planning runs over weeks, so each event is a job, not a quick sale. The Tan family's 6th birthday at a Sengkang condo function room becomes one job: balloon styling S$380, a magic show S$350, a dessert table S$420 and your planning fee. Change a line when the guest list grows and the total and GST are worked out again.
On Business, send part of a job to a subcontractor, such as the photographer or the florist, with a brief, a due date and the agreed price. They open it by a private link, accept, and mark it done with their invoice. Their price becomes a bill to pay and the job shows what's left for you. Your client never sees the subcontractor, and the subcontractor never sees your client's details.
Balances, invoices and leads
Most planners are paid in stages. Record the deposit, a second payment after the food tasting and the balance a week before, by cash, PayNow QR, bank transfer, or card online once you open a payment account. Each A4 invoice has its own number, your pay-by date and how to pay. Reports show this month's takings against last month's, and which events still owe you.
- A4 invoices with running numbers, your UEN and a PayNow QR for the balance
- Part payments recorded against the same event
- Leads with a get-back-to-them date, on Business
- Staff accounts for your coordinators, on Business
How it works
- 1Add your services: a consultation, party packages and wedding planning, each with its deposit.
- 2Share your shop link, so clients book a consultation and pay the deposit that holds their date.
- 3Run each event as a job, add the parts and suppliers, then invoice and collect the balance.

Plan: Essential or Business
Questions
How much does it cost to start an event planning business?
There's no fixed figure: it depends on your market and whether you start from home. Many planners begin with a laptop, a portfolio and a few trusted suppliers, then add costs as bookings grow. Software needn't be a big line. AQUORIA O.N.E is S$29 a month on Essential for a solo planner, or S$149 on Business with staff and subcontractors, after a 14-day free trial.
What is an event planning business?
It plans and runs events for clients: weddings, birthdays, corporate dinners and launches. The planner sells the idea and the coordination, and brings in suppliers such as decorators, caterers, photographers and emcees. In AQUORIA O.N.E each event is a job with its deposit, a line for each part, its payments and an invoice, so you can see what every event brings in.
Is there an event management app for planners in Singapore?
Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E runs on any phone, tablet or computer, with S$ prices, GST, PayNow QR and A4 invoices that show your UEN. Clients book consultations on your shop link, deposits hold their dates, and each event runs as a job. Singapore is where it opens first, and other countries follow.
How does a booking deposit work?
Set a deposit on the service. When a client books online, the booking waits for it and they can pay straight away; unpaid after two hours, the time is released. The deposit then sits on the event's job and comes off the balance. If the client cancels, you choose whether to keep it as a cancellation fee or refund it.
How much does an event planning business make?
That depends on your prices, your suppliers' costs and how many events you run, so the useful number is the margin on each one. On Business, subcontracted parts become bills and the job shows what's left of its price. Reports compare each month's takings with the month before, so you can see which kinds of event pay.
