An app for your embroidery business: name orders, logo jobs and an online price list

Embroidery orders come in every size. A parent wants a name on four PE shirts by Monday, a café wants its logo on 20 aprons, a couple wants their initials on wedding handkerchiefs, and a company sends a file for 150 polo shirts with a patch on the sleeve.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is all-in-one business management for an embroidery business, from a home studio to a shop with machine operators. Your price list goes online, orders carry the artwork notes and the ready date, customers pay by PayNow QR or card online, and companies get a proper A4 invoice.

How embroidery orders arrive, and where they slip

Most orders start as a WhatsApp message with a photo of a logo or a scribbled name. The price is worked out per piece, the thread colour is agreed in the chat, and the shirts are dropped off a day later. With 30 chats open at once, details go missing.

  • The spelling of a name, or the thread colour, lost in a long chat.
  • Logo jobs priced per piece on a calculator, then priced differently next time.
  • Bulk orders from schools and offices paid late, with no statement to send.
  • Ready-made pieces like embroidered handkerchiefs sold out without you knowing.

A price list and order form customers can use

The starter catalogue has Name embroidery at S$12 per item (5 days), Custom logo embroidery priced on quote (7 days) and an Embroidered handkerchief at S$15 with 10 in stock. Online orders are switched on, so customers add items to a cart on your link, choose quantities and write the name and colour in the note on each item. Items you count show as sold out when they run out.

Every job with its details, ready date and balance

At the counter or from an online order, each line keeps its own note: 'AARON T., navy thread, left chest' or 'logo file sent by email, 6 cm wide'. The ready date comes from each item's days, and Express brings it forward for a surcharge you set. Move the order to In process and then Ready, and the customer's order link shows it's ready for collection with any balance to pay.

Schools, offices and repeat bulk orders

Set up a school, club or company as a business account with its own prices, payment terms such as 30 days, a credit limit and a purchase order number if they need one. Their orders go on a monthly statement, numbered A4 invoices show a pay-by date, and Money owed lists who's late. With your own SMS or email account connected, you can send them a payment reminder with a link to pay.

Before Christmas and Chinese New Year, festive greetings can go to customers who agreed to promotions by your own SMS or email account, and the poster maker turns your photos and prices into a poster with your order QR code for you to post on Instagram yourself, both on Essential.

Questions

Is this embroidery software for digitising designs?

No. Digitising software turns artwork into stitch files for your machine, and you keep using yours. AQUORIA O.N.E runs the business around it: your price list, online orders, customer details, ready dates, payments, invoices and reports. The two work side by side, one for the stitches and one for the customers and the money.

How do I make an embroidery price list for Singapore customers?

List each job as an item: name embroidery per piece, logo embroidery, patches and ready-made pieces. Give each a price, the days it takes and options such as thread colour or position. Your price list then shows on your customer link, and jobs you price after seeing the artwork are marked 'priced on quote'.

What do I need in an embroidery business starter kit?

Beyond the machine, hoops, stabiliser and thread, you need a way to take orders, keep names and colours straight and get paid. AQUORIA O.N.E covers that part from S$29 a month after a 14-day free trial: an order form on your link, PayNow QR, receipts and invoices, with no extra hardware to buy.

Can customers order embroidered patches online?

Yes. Add patches as items with sizes as options, switch on online orders, and customers add them to the cart on your link with a note for each. They pay online, or at collection if you allow it, and you get the order with their notes. Custom patches priced after seeing the design can be marked priced on quote.
