AQUORIA O.N.E is tailor shop software that keeps all of it in one app: measurements, fitting bookings, orders, part payments and reports. It runs in the browser on the phone or tablet beside your cutting table, and customers get their own link to book fittings and track their order.
What a tailor's week really looks like
Orders arrive as WhatsApp voice notes, Instagram messages and walk-ins. The measuring is done on the spot and written on whatever's nearby. Fittings are fixed by text, and on a busy Saturday two customers turn up for the same 3 pm slot. Before the festive rush, nobody's quite sure which orders have paid a deposit.
- Measurements lost, or mixed up between two customers with the same surname.
- Fittings double-booked, or simply forgotten by the customer.
- Deposits taken in cash with no record against the order.
- Collection dates promised from memory, then missed in the Hari Raya or Chinese New Year rush.
Measurements on every customer and every order
Tailoring shops get a Measurements box on each customer's page: chest 96 cm, waist 80 cm, sleeve 62 cm, shoulder, inseam, whatever you take. It shows on each of their orders too, so whoever cuts the cloth reads the same numbers. Add private notes such as 'left shoulder sits lower' or 'likes a looser fit'.
Custom orders with options, part payments and ready dates
The starter catalogue has a Custom shirt at S$85 with a Fabric option (Cotton, or Linen for S$25 more) and 14 days to make, a Custom kebaya priced on quote with 21 days, and a free 30-minute Measurement appointment. Add your suits, baju kurung, cheongsam or uniforms with their own options and days.
Take part of the price when the order is made, by cash, PayNow QR or card online, and the order keeps the balance until collection. There's no separate deposit setting for orders: what you take up front is simply recorded as a payment on the order. For pieces priced on quote, you agree the figure with the customer and type it onto the order. Move the order from Received to In process to Ready, and the customer's order link shows when it's done, with a message too if you've connected your own SMS or email account.
Fittings booked without the back-and-forth
Switch on appointments and add a Fitting service with how long it takes. Customers pick a free time on your booking page, and the app never lets two people take the same slot. From an open order, Book a fitting takes you straight to the calendar with that customer filled in. With your own SMS or email account connected, a reminder goes out the day before, and customers can move their own booking up to the notice you set.
Plans for a one-person studio or a workshop with staff
A tailor working alone runs comfortably on Essential. A workshop with cutters and machinists can move to Business for staff logins with roles, Who's doing it on each order, HR with leave and clock-in, and payroll with CPF. On Business you can also pass beading or hand embroidery to a freelancer by private link with subcontractors, and see your margin on the order. Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.

Questions
How much does a tailor charge in Singapore?
Prices vary with the garment, the fabric and the finish, and every shop sets its own. In AQUORIA O.N.E your price list sits on your customer link, with options such as linen or a silk lining priced on top. Pieces you price after measuring are marked 'priced on quote', and you add the agreed figure to the order.
Is there a tailor app for measurements and orders?
Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E keeps each customer's measurements on their page and shows them on every order, so the cutter and the owner see the same numbers. Orders carry their options, what's been paid, the balance and the ready date, and customers track them from a link. It works on any phone, tablet or computer with a browser.
How much does tailoring software cost?
AQUORIA O.N.E is S$29 a month on Essential for a one-person studio, or S$149 a month on Business for a workshop with staff logins, HR and payroll. Both start with a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Orders are unlimited on both plans, and there's nothing to install.
Can customers book a fitting online?
Yes. Add a fitting service with its length, set your working hours and days off, and customers choose a free slot on your booking page. Each booking blocks its time so two people can't take it, a reminder can go out the day before by your own SMS or email account, and you can ask for a deposit on a fitting where no-shows cost you.
Can I use it for baju kurung and school uniform orders?
Yes. Add each garment as an item with its price, making days and options such as size or fabric. A school or company can be set up as a business account with its own prices, payment terms and a monthly statement, so 40 sets of uniforms go on one account instead of 40 separate receipts.
