AQUORIA O.N.E brings those months into one app. Brides book each bridal gown appointment on your link, part payments are recorded against the gown's order, measurements stay on the customer's page, and every gown has a ready date you can plan the workroom around.
The problems a bridal studio knows by heart
- Fitting slots booked by text across three phones, and two brides arriving at 11 am on the same Saturday.
- A S$500 deposit paid by PayNow, but not linked to the right gown.
- Measurements updated on paper after the second fitting, while the old ones are still pinned to the pattern.
- Wedding dates and ready dates kept in a diary only the owner understands.
- A bride forgetting her fitting, leaving a gap you could have given someone else.
Made-to-measure gowns and kebaya sets with part payments
Your starter catalogue has a Bridal gown (made to measure) priced on quote, with 60 days to make; a Kebaya set priced on quote, with 30 days; and a free 60-minute Fitting session. Change them to your own, and add veils, sarong kebaya, kebaya alterations or a groom's baju melayu.
When the bride commits, create the order, type the agreed price and take the first payment by PayNow QR, cash or card online. The app doesn't ask for a deposit on a gown order by itself: you record what she pays up front on the order. The order shows what's paid and what's still due, and the hand-over is held until it's settled. An A4 invoice with your own running number is there for couples who want one.
Fittings that brides book themselves
Switch on appointments and customers choose a fitting from the times you work. The app checks each slot again as it's booked, so two brides can't take the same one. A booking can ask for a deposit, which must be paid within two hours to keep the time. With your own SMS or email account connected, reminders go out the day before, and a bride can move her own fitting up to the notice you set.
From an open gown order, Book a fitting opens the calendar for that bride. Her measurements sit on her page and on the order, so the second fitting starts from the latest numbers.
Plan the workroom by ready date
Every order has a ready date worked out from the item's making days. Today shows what's due, what's late and what's ready for collection, and the calendar shows fittings by day, week or month. Reports show revenue by service and how many orders were ready on time, so you can see whether the busy wedding months are paying off.

Questions
How should a bride prepare for a bridal gown appointment?
Most studios ask brides to bring the shoes and undergarments they'll wear, photos of styles they like and their wedding date. In AQUORIA O.N.E you can set a booking question, such as 'Wedding date and venue', which every bride answers when she books. The answer shows on the appointment, so you're ready when she arrives.
How much is a kebaya in Singapore?
It varies with the fabric, the embroidery and whether it's made to measure. In the app you choose how to price each kebaya: a fixed price for ready designs, or priced on quote for made-to-measure sets. The agreed price then goes on the order, and anything paid up front is recorded against it.
Can brides pay a deposit online?
Yes. For fittings, yes. Set a deposit on a fitting service, and customers see it before they book; it's asked for straight after booking and must be paid within two hours to hold the time. For a gown order there's no automatic deposit: take the first payment at the studio by cash, PayNow QR or card online, and it's recorded against the order.
What's the difference between baju kurung and kebaya?
A baju kurung is a loose, long tunic worn over a long skirt, while a kebaya is a fitted blouse, often finely embroidered, worn with a sarong or skirt. In the app each can be its own item with its own making days and options, so your price list shows customers exactly what you make and what it costs.
Is there a bridal dresses app for running a studio?
AQUORIA O.N.E isn't a dress catalogue for brides; it runs the studio behind it. Fittings with deposits, measurements, gown orders, payments, invoices and reports sit in one app, and your customer link shows your services, prices and booking times with your own logo and colours.
