AQUORIA O.N.E puts that booking system inside an all-in-one business app. Clients choose a free time on your booking page, a deposit confirms it, and every shoot becomes a job you invoice and get paid for, whether you work alone or with a second shooter and an editor.
Sessions, hourly events and full wedding days
Each service has its own length and price. A portrait session is 60 minutes at S$180 with a S$50 deposit. Event photography books by the hour at S$150, so a client choosing four hours sees S$600 before confirming and can't book less than your minimum. A wedding day is set at eight hours and priced once you've agreed the package, with a S$500 deposit holding the date.
- Hourly services book whole hours, from your minimum up to 16
- Deposits asked for at booking; unpaid holds give the time back
- Two services in one visit, like a family session followed by headshots
- Weekly or fortnightly repeat bookings for a regular client's menu or product shoots
On location, with travel time kept free
Mark a service as at the customer's place and set the travel time before and after, say 45 minutes. The calendar then won't put a Jurong West shoot straight after one in Pasir Ris. Clients give the address when they book, add a note about the shot list, and get a reminder the day before by the SMS or email account you connect. Your Today screen shows the day's shoots in order.
Second shooters, invoices and getting paid
On Business, send the second shooter or the video editor their part of a job by private link, with the brief, the due date and the agreed fee; that fee becomes a bill and the job shows your margin. Each job has an A4 invoice with its own number and a pay-by date, and payments come in by PayNow QR, bank transfer, cash or card online. Booking links tagged per channel show whether Instagram or last month's wedding fair brought the client.
- A4 invoices and receipts with a PayNow QR for the balance
- Customer notes only your team sees, like the couple's must-have shots
- Staff calendars for each photographer, on Business
- Reports on bookings, no-shows and your busiest day and hour
How it works
- 1Add your sessions, hourly rates and wedding days, each with its deposit.
- 2Share your booking page; clients pick a time and pay the deposit to confirm.
- 3Shoot, then invoice the balance from the same job and record the payment.

Questions
How much is photography and video for a wedding?
It depends on the hours, the number of shooters and what's delivered, so most photographers agree the price couple by couple. In AQUORIA O.N.E a wedding day can be booked with a S$500 deposit before the price is set, then priced on the job once the package is agreed. The couple sees the balance and can pay it by PayNow or card.
What software do photographers use?
Usually an editing tool plus something to run the business: bookings, deposits, invoices and client details. AQUORIA O.N.E covers the business side. It doesn't edit photos or host galleries; it runs your calendar, deposits, jobs, invoices and payments, and on Business adds staff accounts and subcontractors for second shooters and editors.
Is there a free photography booking app?
AQUORIA O.N.E isn't free, but you can try it for 14 days with no card needed. After that it's S$29 a month on Essential or S$149 on Business. Orders are unlimited on both plans, and the app never takes a cut of what clients pay you.
Can clients fill in a photography booking form online?
Yes. Your booking page asks for the service, the date and time, their name and number, and the address when you shoot at their place. You can add one question of your own, such as how many people will be in the family photo, and their answer is saved on the booking for you to read before the shoot.
Does it work as a photography studio booking app?
Yes. Leave your services at your own place and set your studio hours, the gap you need to reset the lights and backdrop, and how far ahead clients must book. Clients pick a free slot, and two shoots can never overlap. If you also shoot on location, mark those services as at the customer's place with travel time.
