Car dealer software: stock, deals and profit per car

A used car dealer juggles cars and people, and car dealer software has to keep both straight. Thirty cars in the yard, each with its COE, OMV and road tax dates; buyers who ask about a Honda Vezel on Instagram, view it on Saturday, test drive on Sunday and want a loan and a trade-in valued by Monday. Lose track of one deposit and the same car gets promised twice.

On the Business plan · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E keeps them together in an all-in-one business app. Car dealers use the Business plan, so salespeople's logins, commission and payroll are included. Your stock shows on your own link, every buyer is a deal, and every car shows what it made.

Stock that fills itself in

Upload the log card PDF from OneMotoring and the car is added with its plate, make, model, registration date, COE expiry, OMV, ARF, owners, chassis and engine numbers; the insurance certificate adds the insurer, policy and expiry. Scans and photos have no text to read, so you type those. Add photos and the price, and the car appears on your link with its mileage, gearbox and COE. Road tax, insurance and inspection dates get a reminder 30 days before they run out.

  • Import a whole yard from a spreadsheet
  • Days in stock on every car
  • Reserved cars can't be taken by anyone else
  • Sold cars shown as recently sold for two weeks, then taken off

Deals from enquiry to sold

A buyer who taps 'I'm interested' on your link becomes a new deal for that car, and can book a viewing or a test drive at a free time. Each deal moves through enquiry, viewing, test drive, offer, deposit and sold, or lost with the reason. Agree the price and the car is reserved and a job is made for the buyer, with the trade-in taken off as part payment. Work out a car loan at a flat rate to show the monthly instalment, track the loan as applied, approved or rejected, and print the sale agreement with your terms.

Profit per car, commission per salesperson

Each car keeps what you paid for it, what you spent getting it ready, like tyres, polishing and the transfer fee, and what it sold for, so its profit is one line. Set a commission on each deal and see this month's sold cars and commission per salesperson. Deposits, receipts and the A4 invoice work as for any job, and payroll pays your team with CPF worked out.

  • Salespeople see today's viewings and test drives
  • Deals this week against last week on Today
  • Bills, bank matching and a year-end pack
  • Up to 3 showrooms

How it works

  1. 1Upload log cards to add your stock, then add photos and prices.
  2. 2Share your link; enquiries and test drives arrive as deals.
  3. 3Agree the price, take the deposit, mark it sold and see the profit.

Questions

What software do car dealerships use?

Usually something for stock, something for buyers and deals, and accounting on top. AQUORIA O.N.E puts those together: cars read from their log cards and listed on your link, deals from enquiry to sold with trade-ins and loans, profit per car, commission, invoices, payroll and accounts, on the Business plan at S$149 a month.

Can you reserve a car at a dealership?

Usually with a deposit. In AQUORIA O.N.E, agreeing the price on a deal reserves the car straight away, so it can't be sold to anyone else or bought from your link, and a job is made for the buyer where the deposit and the rest are paid. If the deal is lost, the car is free again.

Is a car dealer reservation fee refundable?

That depends on the dealer's own terms, and buyers should read them before paying. In AQUORIA O.N.E you write your sale terms once, such as 'the deposit is not refundable unless the car loan is rejected', and they're printed on every sale agreement above both signatures, so nobody is surprised later.

Is there free car dealer software?

AQUORIA O.N.E isn't free, but there's a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Car dealers use the Business plan at S$149 a month, with stock, deals, up to ten logins, payroll and accounting included. The app never takes a cut of your car sales.

What should a used car booking form include?

The buyer's name and number, the car's plate and model, the agreed price, the deposit paid, any trade-in and its value, the loan amount and bank if there is one, and your terms on refunds. In AQUORIA O.N.E those sit on the deal and print on the sale agreement for both sides to sign.

Keep every car and every buyer in one place. Try it free for 14 days, then S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
