Pick Retail store at sign-up and your catalogue starts with a Phone charging cable at S$12, Bottled water (case of 24) at S$9, a Hand tool set at S$35 and a Snack pack at S$3, each with stock counted.
A counter that runs on a tablet
The counter screen works on any tablet, phone or computer: type an item's code or barcode and press Enter, or tap it. Most sales are walk-ins with no name or number. Take cash, a PayNow QR for the exact amount, or card paid online once you open a payment account, and create, take payment and hand over in one step. There's no card terminal, till or printer to buy.
- Add your GST registration number and receipts count as tax invoices.
- Refunds are recorded the same way they were paid, with the reason.
- Sizes or colours can each have their own count and code.
Stock you can trust
Every sale counts the item down, and a low-stock alert puts it on the Running low list before the shelf empties. On Business (S$149 a month), count stock shelf by shelf, see stock value at cost, record waste and damage with a reason, and move stock between up to 3 shops with each branch's own low level.
Suppliers and purchase orders
On Business, send purchase orders to suppliers, in packs if you buy that way, such as cartons of 24. When the delivery comes, tick what arrived: part deliveries stay open, and you can close one when the rest isn't coming. Goods received go into stock and their cost into Expenses, and the supplier's bill goes to Accounts with its due date.
Staff, shifts and payroll
Business gives each staff member a login with only the permissions you choose, so a part-timer can sell at the counter without seeing your reports, accounts or payroll. Staff clock in and out on their phone; switch on the location check and the timesheet flags any clock-in more than 200 m from the shop. Leave is tracked too. Payroll works out CPF, with monthly, daily or hourly rates.
Regulars and online orders
Points per dollar or a stamp card bring regulars back, and member prices reward them. Switch on online orders and nearby customers order from your link for collection or delivery, with a minimum order and a delivery fee you set. Analytics shows revenue by day, by item and by payment method, and downloads as a CSV.

Questions
What is a POS system in retail?
A retail POS (point of sale) system is the till and the records behind it: it rings up each sale, takes payment, keeps receipts and counts stock down. AQUORIA O.N.E adds online orders, loyalty, suppliers and purchase orders, staff logins and payroll, so the shop runs from one app instead of several.
How much does a POS system cost in Singapore?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed. Then Essential is S$29 a month for an owner running the shop alone, and Business is S$149 a month with staff logins, stock counts, purchase orders, payroll and up to 3 shops. There's no hardware to buy and no cut of your sales.
Do I need to buy POS hardware?
No. The counter screen runs in the browser on a tablet, phone or computer you already have. AQUORIA O.N.E doesn't connect to card terminals, receipt printers or cash drawers: PayNow is a QR on screen, card is paid online, and cash is recorded with a tap.
Can I manage stock across two shops?
Yes, on Business. Each shop keeps its own stock, you move stock between them in a few taps, and each branch can have its own low level, so a branch running low shows on Today and you can send stock across. Business includes up to 3 locations.
Is there an all-in-one POS system in Singapore with GST?
Yes. Add your GST registration number and prices can include GST, receipts show the tax and count as tax invoices, and Finance shows the GST F5 boxes for each quarter to check with your accountant. AQUORIA O.N.E works the same for a one-person shop on Essential and a three-branch shop on Business.
