Pick Preloved & thrift at sign-up and you start with a Preloved top at S$12, a Vintage jacket at S$45 (one of each) and a Bundle of 3 pieces at S$30.
Every piece is one of one
Give each piece a stock of 1. The moment it's ordered, held on a live or sold at a market, it shows sold out everywhere. Write the measurements and condition in the description, such as 'Pit to pit 52 cm, length 68 cm, small mark on left cuff', and add a few honest photos, so buyers don't need to message you before they buy.
- Categories such as Denim, Tees and Outerwear keep a big drop easy to browse.
- Import a whole drop from a spreadsheet: only a name and a price are needed.
- Bundles go on as their own item with their own price.
- Switch a piece off online while a buyer tries it on at your market stall.
Drops that reward your regulars
Set the day everyone can order a piece, and members can order it online before then. Members are regulars in a VIP tier or anyone who has ordered before. List Thursday's drop with Friday as the public day, and your regulars get a full day of first pick without anyone refreshing a page at 8pm.
Live drops without double claims
On a Facebook or Instagram live, each piece gets a code like C4. Counted stock is checked as each claim comes in, so two quick taps can't hold the same jacket twice. When you end the live, each buyer gets one order with a pay-by time, and pieces not paid for by then go back on sale.
Thrift markets with the same stock
At a flea or pop-up, the counter screen on your phone takes each sale against the same stock as your link, by PayNow QR for the exact amount, cash, or card paid online. A quick sale doesn't need the buyer's details, and the day's takings by payment method are in Analytics that evening.
Buyers who come back
Every buyer lands on your own customer list. Points or a stamp card reward repeat buys, and the Haven't come back group finds people with no order in 60 days for a win-back campaign. When you take on a helper for drops, Business (S$149 a month) gives them their own login.
How it works
- 1Pick Preloved & thrift at sign-up and list each piece with a stock of one.
- 2Open drops to members first, then everyone, and sell on lives with codes.
- 3Sell the rest at markets from the same stock on your phone.

Questions
Is there an online store app for selling preloved clothes?
Yes. AQUORIA O.N.E gives you your own shop link with photos, measurements and a stock of one for each piece, a checkout with PayNow, transfer or card online once you open a payment account, and collection or delivery. The same stock sells on lives and at markets.
How do I stop two buyers claiming the same vintage piece?
Give it a stock of 1. Online, it sells out the moment it's ordered. On a live, the claim is checked against the stock as it comes in, so the second tap is told it's gone. At a market, the counter sale takes it off your link at once.
Can I use a POS system app at thrift markets?
Yes. The counter screen runs in the browser on your phone or tablet. Tap the pieces, take PayNow or cash, and hand over, with or without the buyer's details. There's no machine to buy, and the sale comes off the same stock as your shop link.
Do my buyers need to download an online shopping app?
No. Your shop is a link that opens in any phone's browser, so buyers tap it from your Instagram bio or a chat and start browsing. They sign in to check out, and their orders, payments and points stay on the same page for next time.
Is there free online store software for preloved sellers?
AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed, so you can list a full drop and sell it first. After that it's S$29 a month on Essential with unlimited orders, or S$149 a month on Business with staff logins. There's no cut of your sales.
