AQUORIA O.N.E runs on the phone in your apron. Ring up sales in a couple of taps, show a PayNow QR with the exact amount, let office regulars pre-order for a pickup time, and see at closing what you sold and what you took.
The daily headaches at a stall
You can't check PayNow screenshots with wet hands and a queue. Office regulars phone in an order for six packets and then come at different times. You sell out of roasted chicken by 1pm and turn away people who came for it, or cook too much on a rainy day. And the stall's real takings for the week live in a shoebox of receipts.
- Payments you can't confirm in the rush
- Phone orders with no pickup time
- Selling out without warning, or cooking too much
- No clear daily takings or costs
Quick sales and PayNow with the amount
The Hawker & food stall starter lists chicken rice at S$5, fried kway teow at S$5.50, fishball noodles at S$5 and teh tarik at S$2. Edit them to your dishes and add options, such as roasted or steamed, extra egg (+S$0.80) or no spring onion. Quick sales at the stall don't need a customer's name or number.
Take cash, or show the PayNow QR on your screen with the amount and order number filled in, so the transfer matches. At closing, the cash-up checks your float and cash sales against what you count, and any difference is saved with the count.
Office pre-orders by pickup time
Turn on online ordering and share your link with the office crowd. Customers order before 11, choose a pickup time, such as 12:00-12:15 or 12:15-12:30, and pay online or when they collect. Cap each time at 10 orders so the wok keeps up. Their packets can be bagged with their name before they arrive, and nobody waits in the queue to order.
Sold-out counts, closures and your numbers
Turn on Count stock for a dish and type how many plates you'll make, say 80. It shows sold out at zero, so pre-orders stop before you run out. When the centre closes for cleaning, vacation mode pauses online orders and tells customers when you're back.
Reports show sales by day and by dish, and expenses can be saved with a photo of the receipt. Set a monthly sales goal and the app shows how much a day gets you there. When you pick this type, it reminds you that a food stall needs its licence, so check with SFA.

Questions
How do I get a hawker stall in Singapore?
Most stalls in NEA's hawker centres are let through NEA's stall tenders, and there are schemes for new hawkers, so check NEA's website for current openings and rules. You'll also need a food stall licence from SFA. Once you have your stall, AQUORIA O.N.E can run your sales, pre-orders and takings from day one.
Do I need a POS machine at my hawker stall?
No. AQUORIA O.N.E's counter screen runs on your phone or a tablet, and customers pay by cash or by scanning your PayNow QR, which shows the exact amount. There's no terminal, printer or contract. Your sales, takings and stock counts save as you go, so you can check them at home after closing.
Can office workers pre-order lunch from my stall?
Yes. Share your shop link and customers can order ahead, pick a pickup time you've set, and pay online or at the stall. Each pickup time can take a limited number of orders, and dishes with Count stock stop selling when they're gone. Pre-orders appear in your order list with an alert as they come in.
How do I show a PayNow QR code with the amount?
Add your UEN or PayNow mobile number once in Settings. After that, every order shows its own PayNow QR on your screen with the amount and order number filled in. The customer scans it with their banking app and pays, and you record the payment on the order, so your daily takings match your bank.
How much does AQUORIA O.N.E cost for a hawker stall?
It's free for 14 days, with no card needed. After that, Essential is S$29 a month for a stall run by its owner, with unlimited sales. Business is S$149 a month if you want staff logins, payroll with CPF or stock with recipes. There's no hardware to buy, and AQUORIA never takes a cut of what you sell.
