Monthly fees, registration and holiday programmes
Set up your fees as items: full-day childcare at S$1,200 a month, student care at S$450, a S$100 registration fee and a S$250 holiday programme. Each month you make each child's fee order yourself (the app doesn't bill fees on its own), and it gets an A4 invoice: its own number, your UEN, a pay-by date and a PayNow QR for the amount owed. Parents pay by PayNow, bank transfer, cash or card online, and part payments are recorded against the same invoice.

Each parent's page keeps notes only your team sees, such as allergies, who may collect and the child's class. Add up to ten fields of your own, like 'Child's name', 'Class', 'Allergies' and 'Authorised pick-up', and they show on every family's page. Every invoice and payment sits on the same page, so a fee question is answered in seconds.
Teachers, leave and payroll with CPF
Each teacher and centre manager gets a login, with roles that decide who sees fees, reports or payroll. Staff clock in and out, ask for leave with yearly balances, and keep their records and work-pass expiry dates in one place. Monthly payroll makes payslips with CPF worked out, and bills to pay, bank matching and a year-end pack are ready for your accountant.

What is childcare management software?
It's software that runs a centre's business side: fees and invoices, payments, family details, staff, leave and payroll. AQUORIA O.N.E covers those, with A4 invoices, PayNow, private notes and your own fields for each family, staff logins, leave, clock-in and payroll with CPF. It doesn't keep a class register of the children.
Is there free daycare management software?
It isn't free software, but a centre can try it for 14 days without a card. Childcare and student care centres use the Business plan at S$149 a month, which includes up to ten logins, three centres, HR, payroll and accounting. The app never takes a cut of the fees parents pay.
Is there a childcare management app for staff and fees?
AQUORIA O.N.E opens in any browser, on phones, tablets and office computers. Teachers clock in and ask for leave from their phones, and the centre manager invoices fees, records payments and sees who still owes. The owner runs payroll with CPF and sees reports for each centre.
Can I download preschool management software?
There's nothing to install. AQUORIA O.N.E is a web app, so you sign in from any browser and your data is kept safe online, not on one office computer. Staff use their own logins on their phones, and spreadsheet exports of sales, invoices and customers are there for your accountant.
