Pick Music when you sign up and you start with a trial lesson, Piano lesson (45 min) at S$50 and Guitar lesson (45 min) at S$45. Add violin, voice or drums, and set your own prices.
Weekly lessons at the studio or at home
Set your teaching hours for each day and say where lessons take place: at your studio, at the student's home, or either, with the parent choosing. For home lessons, add travel time before and after so you're never booked across the island with five minutes to spare. Book each student's regular slot once and repeat it every week or every two weeks for up to 26 lessons.
- Parents give the student's name and age when booking a trial.
- A reminder goes out the day before each lesson, by your own SMS or email once you connect it.
- When you're ill, Change time shows your free slots and the parent is told about the new one.
Monthly fees and the fifth Saturday
Some months have five Saturdays and some have four. Charge the way that suits you. Mark each lesson done and it turns into a payment with a receipt, or bill the month as one order, for example '4 piano lessons, November' at S$200, and send the link to pay. Parents pay by PayNow, bank transfer, cash or card online once you open a payment account, and you see who still owes.
Practice rooms, books and strings
Rent out a practice room by the hour: an hourly service books whole hours, so a student can take a room for 2 hours before their exam. Sell exam books, guitar strings and reeds as products with a stock count, at the counter screen or from your link, and see them sold out when the last one goes.
Holidays, illness and no-shows
Add days off for your own holidays, or switch on vacation mode: new bookings pause, your page tells parents when you're back, and lessons already booked in that time can be cancelled with every parent told at once. Mark each lesson done or no-show, and Analytics shows bookings, no-shows and your busiest time, which helps when you decide whether to open on Friday evenings.
Recitals, exams and a growing team
Make a campaign poster with your booking QR for the new term and put it up at the studio or post it yourself. With Business (S$149 a month), each teacher gets a login and their own timetable, staff pay runs with CPF worked out, and part-time teachers can be paid by the hour.

Questions
What is music booking software for teachers?
It lets students book lessons with you online instead of by message. You set your hours and lesson lengths; parents pick a free time and get a reminder. AQUORIA O.N.E also keeps each family's payments, moves lessons when you're ill, rents practice rooms by the hour and sells books or strings, so the studio runs from one app.
Is there student management software for music schools?
Yes. Each family is a customer with their phone, their bookings, what they've paid and what they owe, plus tags such as Grade 5 piano. On Business you can add your own customer fields, like exam date or instrument, and see a timeline of everything with each family.
Is there a room booking system for practice studios?
Set up the practice room as an hourly service and give it a length of one hour. Customers book whole hours, from one up, inside the hours you open the room. The booking blocks that time, takes a deposit if you set one, and sends a reminder the day before.
Can I run a music business with several teachers on it?
Yes, on Business at S$149 a month. Each teacher gets a login with the permissions you choose, their own teaching hours and days off, and parents can book a teacher by name or anyone free. Payroll works out CPF for full-time teachers, and part-timers can be paid an hourly rate.
How much does online booking software cost?
Try AQUORIA O.N.E free for 14 days with no card needed. A teacher on their own pays S$29 a month on Essential. A school with several teachers' logins, payroll and up to 3 locations pays S$149 a month on Business. Bookings and orders are unlimited on both plans.
