Pick Languages when you sign up and your catalogue starts with a trial lesson, English conversation (1 hour) and Mandarin for beginners (1 hour). Change the prices, add Japanese, Bahasa Melayu or French, and share your link.
Private lessons booked from your link
Students pick a lesson and a free time on your booking page, and give their name when they book. Each teacher keeps their own weekly hours and days off (teachers' logins are on Business), so a Japanese teacher who only works Saturdays is never offered on a Monday. Set how many hours ahead people must book and how many days ahead they can see, so nobody books tonight's 9pm lesson at 8.45pm.
Group courses: what the app does and doesn't do
AQUORIA O.N.E doesn't run group courses with a set number of places or keep a class list for you. What it can do is the money: bill each learner the course fee, for example 'Korean Level 1, 10 weeks' at S$380, as an order or an A4 invoice with a link to pay, and see at a glance who still owes. The class list stays with you.
- Learners pay the course fee by PayNow, bank transfer or card online once you open a payment account.
- A promo code for first orders only can help fill the first run of a new course.
Learners who travel for work
Adult learners cancel more than children do. A reminder goes out the day before each lesson, by your own SMS or email once you connect it, and learners can move their own lesson up to the notice period you set. Inside that window they message you instead, and no-shows are marked as such. If you ask for a deposit to book, you choose whether to keep it as a cancellation fee or refund it.
Finding new learners
Make a campaign from an idea, such as a new course or a coming festival, and get posters built from your catalogue photos, prices and order QR, sized for a community centre notice board or your Instagram. Each campaign shows the orders and money it brought in. A review request can follow a finished lesson, and happy learners are asked to review you on Google too. Messages to each learner go in the language they chose.
Corporate classes on account
Mark a company as a business account with 30-day payment terms and a credit limit, and book each class at their office as a lesson at the customer's place, with travel time kept. Each month's lessons go on its account, and a monthly statement shows what was charged, what was paid and what's still owed. Invoices are A4, numbered, with a PayNow QR for the exact amount in Singapore. When the school grows, Business (S$149 a month) adds teacher logins, payroll with CPF and up to 3 locations.
How it works
- 1Pick Languages at sign-up and add the lessons and courses you teach.

Questions
What is class scheduling software?
It's an app that holds your teachers' hours, the lessons people can book and the times that are free, so students book themselves instead of messaging you. AQUORIA O.N.E adds the rest of the job: reminders, moving lessons, payments, invoices and reports, all in one place.
Can students register for a language course online?
For private and trial lessons, yes: learners pick a lesson and a free time on your booking page and pay. Group courses are different. The app doesn't take enrolments with a set number of places or keep a class list. You can still bill each learner the course fee as an order or A4 invoice with a link to pay, and see who has paid.
How do language bookings work for private lessons?
Each private lesson has a length and a price. Learners choose a lesson, a teacher or anyone free, and a time that fits inside that teacher's hours. The booking is confirmed straight away, or once the deposit is paid if you ask for one, and a reminder goes out the day before.
Is there a student management app for language schools?
Yes. Every learner is a customer with their phone number, language, bookings, payments and balance. Tag them by level, such as 'JLPT N4' or 'HSK 2', to find everyone at that level in one tap. On Business, you can add your own customer fields and see a timeline of every lesson, message and payment.
Is there free class scheduling software?
AQUORIA O.N.E has a 14-day free trial with no card needed, so you can set up your courses and take real bookings first. After that it's S$29 a month on Essential for one teacher, or S$149 a month on Business for a school with several teachers' logins.
