Travel agency software for tour packages, enquiries and payments

A travel agency's week is full of trips at different stages. A family of four wants a Hokkaido package in December. A company needs flights and hotels for six staff at a Bangkok trade fair. Thirty seats on a Taiwan group tour need filling. Each trip has a deposit, a balance due before departure and a customer asking on WhatsApp whether it's confirmed.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

AQUORIA O.N.E is travel agency software that keeps every trip, payment and customer in one place. The Travel agency setup starts you with a holiday package, air tickets and hotel bookings priced on quote, and a group tour at S$890 per person.

Trips as jobs, with deposits and balances

Every trip is a job: a 6-day Hokkaido package for four at S$7,960, with the balance due 45 days before departure. Record the S$1,000 deposit as a part payment when it comes in by PayNow, and the job and its A4 invoice show the S$6,960 still owed. Today lists what's due, and Money owed shows anything late. Notes on the job keep the flight times, hotel names and dietary needs together, so anyone in the office can answer the customer's call.

Group tours customers can order online

Put a group tour on your link at its per-person price, with photos and a description. With online orders switched on, customers order seats and pay there and then. The app doesn't count seats per departure, so keep your own tally and take the tour off your link once it's full.

Enquiries and planning calls

Add a planning call as a service and turn on bookings, so customers book a call or a visit to your office from your link. On Business, enquiries from a travel fair or Instagram go on your leads list with what the trip is worth and when to follow up. Each enquiry's page keeps their notes and a date to call back, so a December family trip isn't forgotten in October.

Corporate travel on one statement

Companies that book staff travel get a business account with their own payment terms, credit limit and the PO number their finance team needs. Each trip goes onto one monthly statement, and payments clear the oldest trips first.

  • Numbered A4 invoices with your prefix and a PayNow QR
  • Tax invoices if you're GST-registered
  • Credit notes when part of a trip is cancelled
  • Revenue by service: packages, tickets, hotels and tours

What it doesn't do

AQUORIA O.N.E doesn't search or book flights and hotels, issue tickets or connect to airline systems, so keep using your suppliers' platforms for that. Your travel agent licence from the Singapore Tourism Board stays with you. Use AQUORIA O.N.E for the customers, the trips, the payments and, on Business, your team's leave and payroll.

How it works

  1. 1Pick Travel agency at sign-up and add your packages and tours
  2. 2Take planning calls and online orders from your link
  3. 3Track each trip's deposit and balance, then invoice and get paid

Questions

What software do travel agents use?

Usually two kinds: supplier and airline systems to book flights, hotels and tours, and business software to manage customers, payments and staff. AQUORIA O.N.E is the second kind. It tracks each trip as a job with deposits and balances, invoices customers and companies, takes PayNow and card payments, and runs payroll on Business.

Can customers book a tour package online?

Yes. Put packages and group tours on your link with their prices and photos, and customers order and pay online. For tailor-made trips, they book a planning call instead. Seats per departure aren't counted for you, so take a tour off your link when it fills.

Can I take a deposit and collect the balance later?

Yes. Record the deposit as a part payment on the trip's job, and set the due date to when the balance must be paid. The A4 invoice and the customer's link always show what's paid and what's left, and customers can pay the balance by PayNow, bank transfer or card from that same link.

Do I need a licence to run a travel agency in Singapore?

Yes. Travel agents in Singapore must be licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board. AQUORIA O.N.E reminds you that the trade needs a licence when you pick it, but it doesn't apply for, hold or check your licence. Check STB's current requirements before you take bookings.

Is there all-in-one travel agency software?

AQUORIA O.N.E starts at S$29 a month on Essential for one person, or S$149 a month on Business for a team with staff logins, leads and payroll. It's free for the first 14 days, and no card is needed. Trips, invoices and customers are unlimited on both plans, and AQUORIA takes no cut of what customers pay you.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
