A stock management app for beauty products and cosmetics sellers

Selling beauty products means selling many small versions of the same thing: twelve lipstick shades, a serum in 30 ml and 50 ml, a sunscreen that sells out every June. Sales come from your shop link, a weekend pop-up at a mall and a Friday live, and salons want a trade price. AQUORIA O.N.E is a stock management app that keeps every shade, size and sale counting from the same stock.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

Pick Beauty products & cosmetics at sign-up and you start with a Facial cleanser at S$28, a Hydrating serum at S$45, a Lipstick at S$25 and a Sunscreen SPF 50 at S$32, each with stock counted.

Every shade and size counted

Add Shade or Size as an option and turn on stock for each choice. Rosewood, Coral and Nude each get their own count and code and sell out on their own. Options can carry a price, so the 50 ml serum costs S$20 more than the 30 ml. Set a low-stock alert and items show on the Running low list before they run out.

  • Put key ingredients or 'fragrance-free' in the allergens note on each product.
  • Look items up at the counter by their code or barcode.
  • Turn off online orders for a product while you wait for stock.

One stock for every channel

Your shop link, the counter screen at a pop-up and a Facebook or Instagram live all sell from the same numbers. When the last bottle of sunscreen sells at the mall, it shows sold out online at once. Live claims hold counted stock until the buyer pays or the pay-by time ends.

Orders from your link, the counter, your website's order button and your lives land in one list, and Analytics shows revenue by product and by channel, so you know where your sales really come from.

    Launches, regulars and birthdays

Release a new shade to members first: set the day everyone can order it, and regulars order before then. VIP tiers give your top spenders a standing discount, a birthday treat arrives in their birthday month, and points reward every order. A campaign for a launch makes posters from your photos, prices and order QR.

Salons and resellers at trade prices

Salons and spas that retail your products can be business accounts with their own prices, a credit limit and payment terms. Their orders go on account, a monthly statement shows what's owed, and an A4 invoice carries a PayNow QR for the exact amount in Singapore. On Business, a salon's standing order can repeat on set days, made the day before at their own prices.

        Restocking from your suppliers

On Business (S$149 a month), send purchase orders to your suppliers, and when goods arrive, the quantities go into your stock and the cost into Expenses. Stock counts and stock value show what you hold, per location if you run up to 3. Business also adds staff logins for your pop-up helpers.

          How it works

          1. 1Pick Beauty products & cosmetics at sign-up and add your range with shades and sizes.
          2. 2Sell on your link, at pop-ups and on lives from the same stock.
          3. 3Watch the Running low list and restock before you sell out.

          Questions

          What is considered beauty products?

Beauty products usually cover skincare such as cleansers, serums and sunscreen, makeup such as lipstick and foundation, haircare, fragrance and body care. In AQUORIA O.N.E each is simply a product with its photos, options such as shade or size, stock count and price, sold on your link, at the counter and on lives.

          Are skincare products cosmetics?

In most places, including Singapore, products applied to the skin to clean, care for or improve its look are treated as cosmetics, and selling them comes with rules on labelling and safety. Check what applies to your range with the Health Sciences Authority before you import or sell.

Is there a free stock management app?

AQUORIA O.N.E is free for 14 days with no card needed, so you can count your real stock and take real orders first. After that, Essential is S$29 a month with stock counted per item and per shade. Business is S$149 a month and adds stock counts, stock value, purchase orders and up to 3 locations.

Can I track stock for each lipstick shade?

Yes. Give the lipstick a Shade option and count stock for each choice. Each shade has its own number and code, sells out on its own and stays in step across your link, the counter and your lives. You see what's left of every shade before you reorder.

Can salons buy from me at trade prices?

Yes. Set each salon up as a business account with its own prices, a credit limit and payment terms. Their orders are charged on account, and a monthly statement shows what was charged, paid and still owed, so you're not chasing invoices one by one.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
