Home furnishing software for furniture and appliance stores

A furniture or appliance sale isn't over when the customer pays. A couple picks a sofa at your showroom in Ubi, pays a S$300 deposit, chooses a fabric that takes two weeks, and books delivery to a 12th-floor HDB flat on a Saturday morning, with the old mattress taken away. AQUORIA O.N.E is home furnishing software that keeps the sale, the balance, the delivery and the proof together.

On Essential or Business · no card needed

Pick Furniture & appliance store at sign-up and you start with a Three-seater sofa at S$890, a Queen mattress at S$650 and a Refrigerator at S$1,200, each with stock counted, and Delivery & installation at S$60.

Part payment now, balance on delivery

Ring up the sale at the counter screen, take a part payment by PayNow QR, cash or card paid online, and the order shows the balance still due. Add notes on each line, such as 'Fabric: olive linen, legs: walnut', and a ready-on date for made-to-order pieces. The customer gets an A4 invoice with its own number and, in Singapore, a PayNow QR for the balance.

  • Fabric, colour or size options can each add a price.
  • Set Order ahead (days) on made-to-order items sold online.
  • Interior designers can be business accounts with their own prices and terms.

Delivery slots that fit your team

List your delivery times, such as 9am–1pm and 2pm–6pm, and set how many deliveries each can take per day, so Saturday can't be booked beyond what your crew can carry. Add Delivery & installation and Old mattress disposal as items with their own price, and the delivery fee or free delivery above an amount you choose.

    Proof at the door

The driver screen lists each day's stops with navigation, a call button and an On my way message by your own SMS or email once you connect it. At the door, the crew records payment collected for the balance and takes a photo or the customer's signature as proof of delivery. If they can't get in, the stop is marked with the reason. On Business, crews get their own driver logins and printable delivery orders.

      Showroom stock and online browsing

Every sale counts the showroom stock down, and items with options can count stock per colour. Customers browse your catalogue on your link, order ready stock for delivery, or tap Ask on WhatsApp on custom pieces priced on quote. On Business, stock is kept per showroom or warehouse for up to 3 locations, and purchase orders go to your suppliers.

        Getting paid and keeping track

Unpaid balances show under Owed to you, and reminders with a link to pay can go out by themselves once you switch them on and connect your own SMS account. Analytics shows revenue by item and by payment method, and GST-registered shops get receipts that count as tax invoices. Business (S$149 a month) adds staff logins, payroll with CPF and accounting.

          Questions

How do I start a home appliances business?

Pick a range you can source and service reliably, agree terms with your suppliers, and work out delivery and installation before your first sale, since big items need a crew and a van. Register the business, and keep sales, part payments, deliveries and stock in one app from day one so nothing depends on paper.

Can I take a deposit and collect the balance on delivery?

Yes, as a part payment: there's no separate deposit setting for orders. Take any amount at the counter and the order shows the balance due. On delivery day, the driver screen records the balance collected at the door, by cash or PayNow, along with a photo or signature as proof. The A4 invoice always shows what's still owed.

Is there a delivery order app for furniture deliveries?

Yes. Every delivery shows on the driver screen with its address, notes and balance, and is closed with a photo or signature. On Business, each order also gets a printable delivery order, crews get their own driver logins, and you can see everyone's stops for the day.

Can I use it as the POS for my furniture showroom?

Yes. The counter screen runs on a tablet or computer in the showroom. Ring up the sofa, the delivery and installation, take a part payment by PayNow QR, cash or card paid online, and book the delivery slot in the same order. There's no till or card terminal to buy.

Can customers choose fabric or colour online?

Yes. Add options such as Fabric or Colour to an item, with an extra price where needed, and make one required so customers must choose. Turn on stock for each choice for ready stock, or set an order-ahead time for pieces you make to order.

Try it free for 14 days, then S$29 a month (Essential) or S$149 a month (Business). No card needed.
