Your stream stays where it is. Pick Live selling at sign-up and you start with a Live deal item at S$15, a Bundle of 3 at S$40 and a Mystery box at S$30, each with stock counted.
Codes on screen, claims held
Start a live, pick the items for it, and each gets a short code: A1, A2, A3. Put the live screen beside your camera or share it: it shows each code, its price, what's left and a QR to scan. Buyers who scan sign in on your shop link and tap Hold on what they want, and the items are held for them. For buyers who only comment, type their name or @handle and the code, and copy a reply with a link for them to confirm.
- Counted stock is held for every claim, so two quick taps can't take the last piece twice.
- A buyer holding items themselves can hold up to 20 pieces, so nobody empties the live.
- Show a promo code on screen and it applies to every live order.
One order per buyer when the live ends
Tap End the live and every confirmed buyer gets one order for everything they claimed, with a link to pay and a pay-by time you set, such as 24 hours. The order shows on the buyer's own page, and the payment request goes by your own SMS or email once you connect it. Orders still unpaid after that are cancelled and the stock goes back on sale. Commenters who haven't confirmed keep their items held until they do or the time runs out.
Collect or ship
Set a shipping fee for the live, or leave it empty for collection only. A buyer can choose to have their order posted or delivered for that fee before they pay. From there it's an ordinary order: book a parcel label through your own parcel booking account, or deliver it yourself with a photo as proof.
What each live brought in
After each live you see the number of buyers and items, the total, how much is paid, what's unpaid and what was cancelled. A buyer who couldn't be billed because stock was counted since is listed for you to sort out, and you can make their order with one tap. Wrong person confirmed a claim from a public reply? Give the items back to the commenter with a new link.
Between lives
Buyers from your lives become customers on your own list, so before the next live you can message everyone who agreed to promotions, one by one from WhatsApp on your own phone with the message already written. Your shop link keeps selling the leftovers. Live selling works on Essential at S$29 a month; Business (S$149 a month) adds staff logins for a helper, stock counts and stock value.

Questions
What is live selling?
Live selling is selling during a live stream, usually on Facebook or Instagram: the seller shows each item, buyers comment to claim it, and payment and delivery are arranged after the live. It works well for clothes, preloved goods, snacks, beauty products and one-off pieces, where buyers want to see the item before they decide.
How does live selling work in AQUORIA O.N.E?
You stream on Facebook or Instagram as usual. AQUORIA O.N.E shows item codes and a QR beside your camera, holds counted stock for each claim, lets buyers confirm by signing in on your link, and when you end the live, makes one order per buyer with a link to pay and a pay-by time. Unpaid orders are cancelled and stock released.
How do I start a live selling business in Singapore?
Start with stock you can show well on camera and describe quickly, and set clear rules: how to claim, how long buyers have to pay, and collection or postage. Register the business if needed. Then run lives at the same time each week so buyers know when to tune in.
What happens when a buyer doesn't pay after the live?
Each live order has a pay-by time that you choose when you start the live. If it isn't paid by then, the order is cancelled automatically and the counted stock goes back on sale, so you can offer it on your next live or your shop link without chasing anyone.
Do I need the Business plan for live selling?
No. Live selling is switched on in your settings and works on Essential at S$29 a month, after a 14-day free trial with no card. Business at S$149 a month adds a helper's own login, stock counts and stock value. Your customer app must be on for buyers to claim items themselves.
